The staff were very welcoming and friendly. As soon as we arrived we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Queen suite. The wifi worked perfectly which pleased my teenage children (and me!). We had a wonderful experience here and will do it again. The staff was MOST helpful (they turned our radiator off when it got warm in the room and also were smiling and accommodating with another small request we had to freeze ice packs in their kitchen freezer). We love this upper west side location, close to really great 'locals feel' shopping- not too touristy. Still some good street vendors nearby. Also an easy walk to the Natural History Museum and Central Park as well. We had a great ti

We loved the view, the size, the stove and refrigerator, and location to Central Park West. I will stay here again! We were accommodated hospitably as a family, as I only made this reservation last week. We were only here for the Macy's Parade. We also appreciated the location of the hotel from the MTA subway.
