  Katherine behind the front desk was amazing. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. She did her best at getting the room ready and personally called us back at 1230 to let us know when it was. By that time however I was already 30 minutes away by foot thoroughly - What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road! The room it self was so spacious, the bathroom was huge, it has a deep and wide bathtub, was great to relax in after walking for 10 hours around in NYC for 5 days. Beds we

  I have to start this review by saying thank you so much to Arturo and the entire staff at The Hotel Indigo!! My fiance was away working for our 11th anniversary so we didn't get to spend the day together... First of all, the price was great for a Friday night ($199 before tax) and it looked so cool in the pi - The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly in every experience I had with them. The location is fantastic - in the middle of the flower district, safe and walking distance to everything my group needed. Overall, I'm very happy with the stay there.

  This is a wonderful hotel, with impeccable design that translates effortlessly from the big picture to the smallest detail. It was in a great location, walking distance from the shops on 5th avenue, Time Square ( if you don't mind walking 30 minutes), Madison Square garden, Megabus/Bolt drop off and pick up locations, PENN Station and literally seconds away from subway/Train station. The live band downstairs was great (besides the fact that we could hear it in our room the first night).
