  Everything!! From location, to size of room, to value for money, everything was perfect! The lobby is always full of staff and customers but the staff is very efficient and always very helpful. I travel extensively and was at first a bit worried about staying in this... what people say » huge, busy hotel, expecting an overwhelmed staff but it was not the case and I would definitely go there again and recommend it to many! - Unparalleled view of the WTC site, including the Pools and Freedom Tower, from most rooms. Continental breakfast was very tasty. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Checkin was very quick, and checkout can be done from the room. The room, and linens were very clean. No sign of bed bugs!

Water dispenser and bottles on every floor. Fully stocked kitchen in the suites and smaller kitchenette with fridge and microwave in smaller rooms. Great location close to many subway lines. Excellent restaurant and spectacular view on the top floor
