The front desk staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, the room was very comfortable and clean. The closet was large and well lit. We very much enjoyed the breakfasts, the wine and cheese receptions, and the availability of coffee, tea, cookies and fruit all day. I would highly recommend this hotel. - Very comfortable and clean. Location was excellent... On 51st St. between 5th and 6th Ave. Right across from Radio City Musical Hall, and the Rockefeller Plaza/Center, plus the Subway station was around the corner.
The room was a bit small, but comfortable enough for 3 (2 adults & one kid). The small fridge and microwave were a plus! The lobby is small compare to other big hotels, but it was quiet. The staff was always nice and helpful. I will stay there again!

Every thing was perfect , I have liked the staff attitude and kindness, they were very helpful and appreciative of the fact that we were Muslims and don' t eat ham so they served my family the required food during breakfast without pork( which they coud have apologized for not providing) also my wife lost her credit card and they helped us contact

I went to nyc for a weekend just to visit art museums, I chose Hampton
Inn as it is walking distance to MoMa. Thanks to Sandra's advice,
clear instructions and map, I easily found my way to 5 other museums.

Staff were very helpful, they know the city like the back of there hand. If you want to do anything just as the staff. No bellboy which is brilliant for first time travellers to the states, no awkward moment when your not sure what to tip. Wifi in every room so when travellers that come from far away wake early in the morning because your time clock is all screwed up, you can go on the Internet and check out things to do in New York.
