The staff is very friendly, helpful - excellent overall service. The
room was a decent size, very comfortable for two and very clean. The
location was perfect for us - easy to get uptown or downtown. Loved the
Italian restaurant in the hotel - great for lunch and a nice outdoor
patio. Highly recommended.

I am a designer and i loved the whole design of this hotel, everything was exceptional in its design and finish, far beyond the likes of any other hotel. The staff are fabulous, very friendly, professional, cannot do more to help. The pool is great - at times (weekend afternoons when the sun is out) it is quite a "scene" which might annoy someone looking to relax but it is what it is (and at other times it is very relaxing). The restaurants are very good and the rooftop bar/club PHD is great on a Saturday (although be aware that it is run separately from the hotel so after 11 or so, being a hotel guest does not guarantee access). The staff was more than helpful. On our last morning, when running to the car to grab something, realized it had been towed!! I received a very warm and friendly welcome from Ana in the Chelsea
Pines Inn, and all the staff there were charming and lovely throughout
my short stay. The location of this Inn is excellent - a few steps away

My sister and I traveled to NYC for an event at NYU. I loved the location being at Washington Square. We walked to dinner each night at small ethnic restaurants. The free breakfast was a great addition- coffee was very good. Loved the look and style of the hotel. Staff was amazing and VERY accommodating.
