  The staff is very nice and helpful. It is quiet and well-maintained. The location can't be beat. There is an elevator man which makes coming home at night secure. The room is elegant and spacious, is at least 600 square feet and includes a sleeping area, a kitchenette, a large table, a full-sized couch, three walk in closets, a 42" flat screen tv, ... what people say » with plenty of room to spare. - Location was perfect - within walking distance of Central Park,shopping, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Broadway. Quiet street androoms. Beautifully decorated, spacious, and ultra clean; all staff werefriendly, helpful, and excellent in their jobs; it truly felt like ahome away from home, including the fresh flowers in the foyer.   Because there were three of us, our number 1 requirement was space followed by the ability to make a breakfast or snack. Also its central position and price - Everyone that we dealt with at the front desk was fabulous! The room was huge and extremely clean! We really loved everything!

  Small quiet hotel, so no queues to check in or out. Great location, close to Central Park, Rockefeller Centre etc,also close to metro line.Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean, spacious rooms (401 and 402, both facing the street, but good soundproofing to windows), great showerroom with excellent hot shower, good air con, free wifi and coffee maker... what people say » . Very comfy beds. No facilities, other than the attractive roof terrace, but no problem as excellent diner across road and close to P J Clarkes. Grea - Right at Lexington and 55th, which is a perfect location. Clean rooms, safe, good airco. Comfortable bed, yet a bit small for two persons. Staff is friendly and helpful. I can recommend this place if you need a place to sleep. No more , no less. There's no hanging out in the lobby and meet up with some people, because there is no lobby/bar. The entrance has a counter and the elevator up.

  Congratulations to the designer, the bathrooms are a wonder of design in such a tiny space. I was upgraded to a queens room, that was also a corner room. Enjoyed this corner of peace in the busy city. All staff was very nice, all including the smiling and courtous cleaning ladies.
