It's better than most 4 or 5 star hotels in Boston. Brand new studios with a great fit out. Although there is no room service facility but across the street was a 7/11, restaurant and dry cleaners. Location is about 4 blocks away from newbury street.

The hotel is in a good location. Staff members are nice, however, I would not say that they were excellent. We actually did not have any particular problem with them, so let's say they are OK. The services of the hotel are pretty good, including the every day newspaper, the information booklet in the room (which was extremely helpful) and the free wifi. Those who usually use the mini bar should be aware that there was no such thing in the room (we do not have any issue with this).

Loved the Inn itself. The design and decor were beautiful. My husband and I got the One Bedroom Suite and it was so spacious with a fully stocked kitchen (yes, you can cook an enitre meal), comfortable bed as well as furnishings. Very nice and friendly crew, particularly understanding and caring when we exposed our noise problem in the first room we were assigned.
The small breakfast room remains accessible at all time in the day enabling us to grab a tea or a coffee whenever we felt like having one.

Our reception on arrival was warm and friendly. This was our first visit to Boston and as it was early evening we were able to quickly obtain the information we needed regarding where to go to eat.
The room was clean and fresh with all we needed. However only 1 tea bag so for tea drinking Brit's this was a concern!
