We stayed only one night, but they provide complimentary beach facilities (umbrella, reclining chairs, beach towels) for two days, the day of arrival and the day of the check-out. They also offer a complimentary breakfast. The staff is very helpful and nice, and you are in the middle of South Beach life. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a nice view. Yes there is a noisy bar beside the hotel but it stops by 11:30pm so it's not a big deal at all. Beach chairs were included in our stay which was a nice surprise.

Happy Holidays. - Everything was wonderful. The hotel is very modern, the rooms have brand new furniture. The staff is very friendly and they pay a lot of attention to detail. The rooms and facilities are very clean and perfectly maintained. I would definitely recommend the hotel and go back there anytime. The beach is great and the pool area is exquisite. The hotel is very close to Ocean Drive.

  The staff were fantastic. My bank put a restriction on my card and was declined. One of the managers Tj gave me a phone to call them. But since it was a Sunday an also 4pm Nigerian time nothing could be resolved. Tj checked me in all the same and said I should sort it out in the morning. I couldn't believe this. Excellent food on all restaurants. Good parties around the pool and very good sound isolated room, no noise from late night pool parties. The staff deserves the credit of being a great place to stay.

  The Boulan South Beach was more then I expected. Just grand. Perfect location for the beach, shopping and restaurants. Our suite was gorgeous with everything you could ask for ~ kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms. The roof top pool was beautiful as well.
