My experience at Hotel Breakwater was perfect and flawless. Perfectly located on the best area of South Beach FL. Cross the road to one of the best beaches in the area. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I have not noticed anything but a smile all through my stay! In particular Mr. Curtis and the night duty gentleman from front desk. They made my stay beautiful. Thanks guys
I won't forget to thank Mr. Jimmy the General Manager who makes runs the whole friendly show.

Well located, very friendly staff, charming and interesting decor, lovely roof terrace and pool allowing a peaceful escape from the hustle of South Beach should you need it. The whole hotel had a hint of the erotic which suited us very well. A little quieter and more peaceful than the beachfront hotels on Ocean drive - of course this is a trade-off from having a sea view but we considered this a better option.

Our room was located on the 5th floor with a view of the pool and the ocean. We loved watching the people and viewing the moon light on the ocean. The rooms are not huge but just enough space with an awesome bathroom and shower. Hotel Victor also offers you a bike to ride for an hour. We found this out on our last day so we would like to come back to stay and play.

Jeff and Alex catered to our every need and were very helpful in assisting us on places to go and things to do. They were very warm and friendly. The hotel is very artsy and everything is controlled with an ipad. The curtains even open with the ipad.

doesn't have a pool but it's walking distance to the beach and
to the main restaurant areas and for the quality of the hotel its very
reasonably priced for Miami. The staff were so helpful. Alex sat down
with us for ages recommending restaurants and places to go to. We were

This small boutique hotel has a excellent location, one step from the beach, shopping area and great dining close by. The nicely decorated rooms are big with good facilities, bathrobes, good bed , bathroom amenities and free wifi. They provide towels and chairs for the beach if you want. Staff is of great help for shopping and dining recommendations and everything you wish for! When you have a room close to the reception it is a bit noisy from 07.30 but you stay in a small hotel, so you know.
