I loved that the hotel is affordable to stay ay..and It is one of - The young man at the front desk was wonderful, I believe his name tag said Eric Rodriguez. We had many questions about San Antonio and wanted to make sure we went to children friendly places. He was a wonderful help, and very, very polite. The room was spacious and comfortable. Having the microwave and refrigerator in the room worked out wonderfully for the little ones. We were there for two days, it was wonderful. I will definitely stay again when I return to San Antonio!

  Had to change nights. Westin and letsbookhotel.com were able to accommodate change. have not been able to do that with other sites. Thanks to ALEX at Westin!! - Loved the pool. Beauitifully designed with good views. Beds very comfortable. Nice and spacious bathroom. Shower is AMAZING.

  The staff was friendly, courteous, professional and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. The roof top swimming pool and hot tub were outstanding. There is also a very nice fitness center. The resort is very conveniently located next to the Riverwalk and within a short walk of all the downtown... what people say » attractions.   Renovations were done recently and looked great. The room was great and clean with the wood looking floors, no carpet. Beds were comfortable. We had 2 rooms. I left items behind that we had just purchased at mall, contacted them and they mailed package. Staff was great. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay and will come back. - Location was great. There was a reasonably priced restaurant on location as well as plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. The hotel had off-street parking available.
