  Spacious, relaxing, location. We were traveling through on our way home and made a last minute stop. The staff were happy to accommodate. When we arrived, there weren't enough luggage carts so the staff actually helped out and cared ALL of our luggage to our room.   Absolutely loved it there... the staff was awesome... rooms were gorgeous.... the breakfast variety was great... the location was perfect, close enough to the riverwalk... the Alamo.. Rivercenter mall... The hotel was just perfect. The prices for this hotel were shocking to me, I figured the pictures looked nice on the website but was sure it woul... what people say » d be that way when we got there.... and when we did arrive ... it was even better... I loved that the hotel is affordable to stay ay..and It is one of - The young man at the front desk was wonderful, I believe his name tag said Eric Rodriguez. We had many questions about San Antonio and wanted to make sure we went to children friendly places. He was a wonderful help, and very, very polite. The room was spacious and comfortable. Having the microwave and refrigerator in the room worked out wonderfully for the little ones. We were there for two days, it was wonderful. I will definitely stay again when I return to San Antonio!
