We stayed on the 24 floor with Ocean views. The view by night was amazing. would suggest spend the little extra to enjoy such wonderful views. The room was very big and comfortable. The place is great. I stayed there for one week, and totally enjoyed my time there. What I liked the most was the staff, they really make you feel being welcome. And they are helpful. In my opinion, the best way to judge the quality of someone’s service is when something goes wrong. Well, when I had reason to complain, the issue was handled fast and professionally. Just perfect. Our hotel room is excellent with great views. Also the lobby isbeautiful and huge with lots of couches and we like the rumours club,being close to the huge mall. Also I love the patio and the little shopsinside the hotel. It was perfect. - The location was Awesome and the hotel was really nice.

The beautiful ocean view from our room was truly spectacular. The bed in the room was extremely comfortable. The shopping mall was wonderful and had everything one could ask for in a mall shopping experience. The staff at LSI was very friendly and accomodating. I originally did not pick because it looked somewhat shady but when I arrived to HNL and saw what it looked like. I booked a reservation.
