Used letsbookhotel.com registration was fast. Hotel easy to get to. Staff nice & friendly. Rooms kept neat & clean. Had problem with facility on Friday nite, early Sat. The Landcaster PD, Rescue & hotel staff handled it in a fast, effcient and safe manner. Also, the hotel credited my Friday stay for the inconvenience without being forced to. all reviews » The staff acknowledged us right as we walked in, they were very friendly, the room was very clean with upgraded touches. We also liked the lounge area, it seemed like our living room at home, very comfortable. We also liked that you can get tea/coffee at any time in the reception area. The buffet was excellent, and Legends donates to a charity of your choice. My son loved the fish out front, a worker came out and gave him so free fish food. Very pleasant stay. We would come again. I enjoyed my stay here. It was a perfect after a drive from New Jersey for an overnight stay. The refrigerator was perfect after shopping at the Amish market. The King bed was too firm for my husband but it was good for me. I would definitely stay here again especially to visit Loxley's Restaurant which is right next door. The bartenders were friendly and accommodating while we waited for our take-out... The was delicious. Location -- near everything we were interested in seeing and doing Cleanliness -- this is the most important quality of any hotel. Comfort -- the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The towels were very thick, absorbent and big. Furnishings -- reminded us of Williamsburg I have recommended your hotel to several family members and friends. We had a nice visit to Lancaster and your hotel helped make the visit enjoyable. The desk staff were super. We missed the exit to reach the hotel,called & got excellent directions. We discovered a nail in one of our tires & it was going flat from a slow leak. The staff googled and print out directions for the closest service center. It was clean, comfortable and quiet; the staff graciously prepared our room for early check-in so we could change before going to our job. Beds were super comfortable! The bar/ restaurant was lively, but we didn't hear a thing when we went to bed. The hotel it self was pretty quiet. For some reason the halls and elevator look a bit un-kept, but the room is absolutely stunning and clean. Nothing is within walking distance. Quiet: although it is located near major highways, you don't hear traffic. Clean The bed and bath were clean. Fast check-in and the person who handled our arrival was very courteous and professional. Had two outdoor pools that were opened til 10p which gave the children some time after the park to enjoy. It was right next to a Giant (24 hr supermarket) and a Dunkin donuts. We visited during the week and it was very quiet at night. For us, it was proximity to the Dutch Apple Theater, at which we had dinner reservations the night we stayed in Lancaster....Everything about the room was fine....internet access was sooo easy.... No complimentary breakfast: I've become used to having at least juice/toast with paper in lobby. The Heritage has a full restaurant where you can purchase what I hear is a delicious breakfast. Unfortunately we experienced some very noisy people in the hallway. These people were very loud and actually woke up our kids. It was very late and these people had no consideration for anyone else. The bathroom was small but clean with a good amount of towels. Kind of a long walk from the desk to our room....breakfast wasn't included....but that wasn't a big deal, the room rate was reasonable... the pillows were not very comfortable even with two piled on each other. nothing in particular, for this price very acceptable. This time, unfortunately, our room was almost above the kitchen and the sickening smell that permeated into our room was almost unbearable. We stayed for 3 nights and it was not pleasant!. Nothing. nothing. Group of younger, rowdier folks were rather obnoxious at the buffet during breakfast. Restaurant server was wearing a very strong perfume that affected my wife who suffers from smell trigger migraines. When working in a public setting, maybe the perfume should be dialed down a bit. The buses sat outside our window and were running for quite some time and woke us up. Breakfast food on Sunday marginal. Scrambled eggs bad - dry, over cooked. Brunch not a good value. Would not use it again. Waitress for lunch on Saturday pleasant but told us we would receive fresh french fries, they were frozen. Hamburger tasted like a box of salt was dumped on it. Rm # 166 needs a new mattress. The mattress was saggy. Other than that the room was fine. Nothing. Only one check in person phones ringing and long lines. Wish for indoor pool in a perfect world. breakfast included would be nice for the price. We stay at a hotel twice a month with good quality beds. Yours were the hardest old beds. Not what we were expecting. . Breakfast room was extremely crowded and finding a seat was difficult. Dining room is very chopped up -- it's like a maze. No continental breakfast. the hotel was almost empty, area had an abandoned feeling. Nothing. it might be a good idea to put a tv in the fitness room and get a plug for the eliptical. was a busy hotel, restaurant and you could feel all the people around. shower curtain didn't fit and kept falling down, not enough elec outlets and one was coming out of the wall, NO MICROWAVE, did not get first floor as requested. mattress, breakfast buffet. Pillows way to soft Staff holding elevators. room was ok for the price... could have smelled fresher... bed could have been more comfortable. Carbon monoxide safety concern and noise from bar late at night.
