Good Location. Adequate parking, Friendly staff, clean room, dual a/c in 2 bedroom unit, 2 complete bathrooms in 2 Bedroom unit. Refrigerator, stove and microwave. Clean Pool and Spa. Rooms & property have an attractive layout, with pool & tennis court. Close enough to shopping, but quieter neighborhood than most other hotels. Pool and hot tub were great. I liked the fact that they had grills for use. Beds were comfortable, staff polite and helpful. Would stay there again.

It was a big help to have a refrigerator and a few eating utensils for snacks. it was a great price for what we got. very roomy,everyone was nice. already booked it again for oct. great location. Location great. the price. lake havasu is a great place to visit very friendly lots to do but do not stay at havasu sands resort. I cannot believe bookings . com have this place on file. we booked a number of hotels and motels with you for this trip and get put in a dump like havasu sands resort, not good enough you should have better checks, we paid a lot of money to you for all our trip hotels. It was available and was $59. Floors creaky upstairs unit. Bank of radiation emitting smart meters. Furniture a bit outdated. Unable to connect to any type of Wi-Fi the whole time was here. Breakfast, even coffee did not start until 0800, that is too late. Getting on the Internet was a little difficult, we had to ask about it. Then what we were told, did not work, but they recovered by giving us access to their own web connection. there was nothing we didnt like. Television was keeping on shouting off ,and pillows not very comfortable . Very loud from outside. Both sides of our unit. Lots of families with young children. Old and not well maintained. No sound on bedroom TV. Pool not operational. Workout room: old, non-functional, no A/C. Property needs a total makeover. The furniture was very dirty and smelly, the bed is worn out and needs changing, very creaky. very old- first room had a leak in the ceiling and had the bedroom carpet all wet. They were nice and moved us to another room. It has very old furnishings. It was close to a place we were going and didn't want to drive. accommodation was grotty, place let to permanants should not be holiday accommodation spoilt our trip to a brilliant resort. letsbookhotel.com said 3 star hotels averaged $159/night so I thought this was a deal. Horrible, very dirty and very in need of updating.
