The Havasu Inn is very well kept and clean. The owners care about the facility. It is an older motel with flowers planted outside and decorative touches in the rooms. The room we rented was large with a kitchenette with full size stove and refrigerator. Everything was in very good comdition. The bathroom was modern, large and spotless. Comfortable bed and a small table and chairs. The room was big, there was a full kitchen. Actual refrigerator and stove with oven. Big comfortable bed. The room was decorated nicely. It was more like staying the night at my grandmother's house rather than staying at a hotel.

Excellent beds and pillows. Staff attentive to concerns. Sufficient space to park boat. Nice kitchenette. Real clean place. Good value for price. Small air conditioner worked well all night. It was clean, Quit, and we really liked the kitchenette. Next time we plan to stay longer and being able to fix our own meals will save more money. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was very good. The unit was equipped with a full sized frig and stove. Very comfortable. the room was comfortable. I liked the idea of being able to cook inside the room. the room was quite. My room was very clean and smelled good. Bathrooms very clean and remodeled. I was very comfortable. Everything was fine, it was quiet, clean and the price was awesome! We will stay there again. off the beaten track, clean, spacious and very good value if you just want a place to stay. The property manager was very nice. Not one thing about this place. Lighting in the room was rather dim. Complimentary soap and shampoo samples were very tiny. Parking was a little tricky and the Pepsi machine was out of order. there were no kitchen utensils in a room with a lovely kitchen. Room not cleaned after first day, reasons: a) "we clean every other day" and b) "if you leave anything laying on the bed, we do not move your stuff so we cannot make the bed." Odd policies. Took 5 minutes to figure out which was the hot and cold spickets...everytime we showered. Water did not drain from tub without work. Needs to have more water pressure. Location is not the greatest but you can't have everything. the floors looked clean, but the next morning our feet were dirty after we got out of bed9from walking back and forth to the bathroom. Nothing. Nice kitchen, but you'd need your own utensils, plates etc to use it. nothing. Can't think of anything. No black out curtains in the windows meant my whole family was awake at 5:30AM. No ice vending machine. Could use a few more towels and bath soap. Room had a small kitchen set up, but no dishes, dish towels nor dish soap/sponge~guess theft would be a reason why these are not offered. Kitchen area did not have any thing in it. I had to provide cooking utensils, plates towels, etc. My step father also stayed there they lost his paper work but after 30mins he gave him a room...it was there air. Shower was older. dangerous bath area-slippery. Nothing. Fit our needs for the golf tournament as we were gone a lot. Although there was coffee pot and coffee but there were no spoons, nor regular sugar, and no hair blow dryer. Other than that we would certainly stay there again. and just remember to bring my own supplies. there was never anybody in the office, had to wait 30 min in the cold for someone to show in order to check in. That the bathroom was clogged for the first 24 hrs we were there. Everything . This place was awful. Cockroachs; noisy drunks in next room til 1am with no follow thru by manager; no dishes, cookware, plates or flatware in kitchen suite; Minimal partial refund($20) with lame excuses; air condition unit very noisy; manager/owner hung up on phone call to voice concerns.
