all reviews » Room was clean. Location - close to London Bridge. Staff was very nice - did a good job. Shower head was good. I liked the location of the facility, and the staff was for the most part very accommodating. Great location near stores and lake access. Plenty of parking space for our jet ski trailer. Easy to find and close to the London Bridge as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Close to the Lake. Grocery stores & restaurant very close. location. There was a fridge, hair dryer and coffee in the room. The price was reasonable. I liked how close it was to London Bridge and the center of the town. Pet friendly, center of town. Not much. Friendly staff. Absolutely nothing. Nothing!!!. nothing. nothing. Nothing. Nothing. breakfast room was way too small and lacked variety of breakfast foods.....needed more fresh fruit and yogurt. Coffee tasted bad. Didn't have an ironing board or iron in the room. The set-up for the breakfast was terrible. They had taken one room and converted it to the breakfast room. No room to eat and not much of a selection. Mattress - lumpy and sheets would not stay on it. Poor lighting in room. Comp. breakfast was on low end of many I have had. Internet service kept dropping out and was often busy so I could not log on. For the rate, I would have expected MUCH more. For as much as I paid, I did not even have a mini fridge in the room, and the walls are paper thin. requested another room due to cigarette smell. toilet backed up once. got through it. Nothing, all was fine. Major road runs right by hotel. Also even though the grocery store is located close it is very noisy with all the early morning deliveries & trash pick-up. needs to be updated. Our room was only cleaned once and the cleaning was not efficient. We found a pack of cigarettes in one of the drawers, lip gloss that didn't belong to any of us, and pizza crust under the bed (we never ate pizza). Skimped on amenities like cups. Light bulbs burned out. Two outlets at sin area and had to unplug the fridge or microwave to use the hairdryer or to charge my phone. Only one unused outlet on wall with no table near it. Uncomfortable beds. Felt old and run down. Booked early, but there were no double queen rooms available. I did not like how dirty the bathroom in particular was. It had black mold between the tiles of the shower. The tub had seen better days - very old and just not clean!. stayed for 6 days,housekeeping missed our room twice during that time, toilet seemed to rock back and forth as if it wasn't attached to the floor and always had to be flushed twice.I told the staff when we left but just got a blank stare. The air conditioner cover vibrated so loud it had to be taken off to be tolerable. King room I booked wasn't available. Shower head about 2 feet too low. Terrible bed. Moldy bathroom. Room was run-down, lamp in room was missing its lightbulb, no wall outlets near table for computer, lots of noise due to spring break crowd. The staff told us the hotel was full and would not satisfy our request for a balcony when the hotel was only %60 full as was told by a different staff later in the evening. Actually got a refund and did not end up staying here. The pool and hot tub were dirty. One of the rooms was not only dirty, but there was a live cockroach in one room. In our other room, there was an unknown stain on one of the chairs. Staff refunded our payment without difficulty. everything. the beds wher to small we wher a fam of 5 we reqewested a cot did not get on so we had to sleep 5 on two beds we could not sleep on the floor because of rat dropings all over the room and bathroom in the morning we had rat dropings on our bed it was a very bad night thanks for messing up ore trip it was nothing like the web pics and now I see why . Filthy All guests crammed into a room converted to the breakfast area. A joke. Bare minimum on all services. Bathroom had mold in the bathtub, toilet was broken. Breakfest area was filthy.
