The hotel is comfortable, near the Parks and to the local commerce. The price is fair if you plan to visit the Parks and have a good place to rest. Breakfast has not many ootions but for the price it is fair. It is an excellent place to go arround restaurants, supermarkets,shopping, and close to Disney Parks. The cleaning staff was very pollite, The restaurant staff for breakfast was very helpful.

I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends. i liked every thing about my stay sam was very nice and carlos they were the bomb when i go to orlando that will be the hotel i stay thank you guys. Convenient to Disney and other attractions. Good value for the money. The breakfast was adequately prepared in an Indian Restaurant next door. The location was good. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Hotel was accomodating to our bad experience of another hotel. Room was very clean and comfortble,housekeeping service was awesome, will definitly stay here again when i come back. The price was amazing. The location was perfect for us. Loved having a bottom floor. On the first day, the wi-fi didn't work, apparently weather related. The room safe/locker does not work either. The shuttle pick-up and drop is too rigidly timed and has lots of other stops on the way. Doors open to outside of building. Mattress not very comfortable.it didn't have game room and they advertised that they did. I would probably not stay there again. Whole place needs updating. Mattresses were worn out. Had to change rooms because a/c didn't work. I don't like the fact that the air when turned on blew into the curtains. We had to stuff the curtains on the window ledge as to get air into the room. We did not take advantage of the continental breakfast as it was very slim on choices. More fresh fruit and maybe bagels would have been great instead of just toast and english muffins. the smell of the first room we had was really bad (smoking room) they changed it the next day for us. Too far off the main highway. Bathroom was kind of dirty. Mold on ceiling walls in bathroom, rust on bathroom fixtures, tile floors in bath area not clean, sticky to walk on, had to lay towels so as not to step on floor, repairs to walls very poorly done. no fridge or microwave and no wifi they had a bad router should have had a back-up. Very impolite personnel when checking in. Credit card was charged twice. Got the money back though after complaining. Breakfast area was in a bad location. Very inaccessible. Faucet in shower,hard to operate,it had obviously been replaced. Shower curtain bar coming out of wall. Room in general had a worn out look. The beds are not comfortable, the bathrooms is small and smells bad. we were 2 families and we asked for attached rooms.. didn't get. The breakfast is in an Indian restaurant- awful!!!. Cockroaches in the Suite that we rented and when we checked out I informed the Hotel Clerk and he was very rude. Told me that I should of informed the management earlier than I did about the cockroach!!! I told him maybe I should have killed it and brought him the bill!!!!!. The staff was rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional. The facility was horrible! The are so many other places with comparable prices...do not stay here! This is the worst place I have ever delt with!. The hotel was not clean at all, and the Jacuzzi has not be in operation for at least 2 years. It is advertised as having a jacuzzi, but it is obviously only to attract potential travelers. The breakfast was far from average, and is definitely not worth taking the risk of eating it. Simply sucks. Spider webs and moth all over the building hand rails fence, window edges , fire hidrants, entrance of rooms and all concrete floor no moped clean all stained and room smells like an ashtray. Bed sheet stain with yellow patches. I wish I could get my money back. Got there could not even stay one night no running water ,Terrible place to stay and avoid it.
