The amount of space was incredible - well laid out, too! The bedrooms were far away from each other, good for privacy. The full size kitchen and having washer and dryer in the suite was also a bonus. The screened and covered balcony was nice. We didn't get a chance to use the movie theater, gym, sauna, or game room (a small arcade), but I liked the fact that they were there. I would guess kids and exercise enthusiasts would really like those features. The pool and surrounding area were lovely. .
all reviews » We loved our stay here the rooms are more like apartments very spacious and clean and well decorated the beds were comfortable the screened in porch was really nice.. My one and only complaint was that the staff seemed less than welcoming, but since we only had to deal with themat check in it didnt effect our stay at all.. The location was great - close to parks, eateries, and shopping. The two bedroom suite provided all the accomodations we needed while traveling with kids and young adults. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Have stayed their previously for about 4 years now, very happy with this hotel. We had the 2 bedroom, comparable to an apartment, very large rooms. The space of the room. The staff was nice. Enjoyed the hot tub. The comfort, peacefulnes and hospitality of the resort. very quiet!. the large rooms and sepup, bathroom in masterbedroom love it. price,big rooms ,lay out of the suites. The rooms were very spacious and the screened in porch was very pleasant. The location was good for driving to activities in central Florida. The price is good for a large suite. we could all stay in one room. We had a room facing the highway, so there was a bit of road noise, but it wasn't unbearable. The twin beds in the second bedroom could have been a bit wider (for adults). My traveling companion had the master bedroom and she had the same complaint about the frame surrounding the bed -- she hit her legs, too. The staff needs to be friendly and welcoming. The entrance and exit to the parking area was very narrow. The facility had recently changed management companies so it was not fully up to speed for guests - no luggage carts, no written instructions on policies like trash and linen exchange. Though the staff was aware of this and was accomodating. When we first arrived the staff at the desk said oh yeah, you will need this cable for laptop in room. Well come to find out had no Wi-Fi in room, had to leave room and go closer to elevators. The staff on next day had said, I don't know why he told you that you had Wi-Fi in the room. The staff also informed us that the swimming pool had a new filtration system installed recently, and should be all set in morning, we could not swim our whole time there!!. There wasn't a continental breakfast served and or bar. dirty carpet did not clean all room good. dirty carpet,towels. The carpeting was stained, the couch was torn, the master bed was very uncomfortable, and the walls were "very thin". It is advertised as a "resort" but it is just a very large hotel with some extra amenities. The bed was awful, not comfortable at all. The Carpet needed to be replaced. There was hair in the shower and spider webs on the curtains. Need I say more, was not at all impressed. Couch was very old looking . no phones worked no cable tv,no blankets,plus add extra cleaning fees on top of price.
