I expected the hotel to be good,but it went far above my expectations. It was just perfect! I look at every single detail, and I love everything being good, especially when you travel with your family. The room was stunning and had direct access to the pool, and it was provide with all sorts of facilities. There were three pool and the two main ones had a fabulous bar. The beach was fantastic with free sun beds.the beach cafe was gorgeous, plus we went there for dinner once and the waiter could.
all reviews » Friendly staff, for Europeans over-friendly but get used to it if you want to visit the usa. They have 3 pools and a beach with complimentary towels. You can order food & drinks on the tab of the room so that's easy. Free parking in front of your room as well as free WiFi all over the hotel. Breakfast is until 11:30 am Barefoot Billy’s is right around the corner if you want to go jet skiing. Just relax and enjoy the view, nothing bad to say about this hotel!. Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We especially enjoyed the bar by the pool and the great service we got from our bartender, Sharon! Another favorite was our breakfast at your restaurant across the street on the beach. Once again, fabulous service and wonderful food at a great value. We also appreciated the ability to leave our car at the hotel a few hours after our checkout so we could do a bit more shopping before leaving Key West!. We actually liked the location. Felt it was at the quieter end of town but still accessible to everything old Key West has to offer. We enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and great restaurants. Also liked that you didn't really need a car once you got there. This was our first time to Key West.Room was very clean, liked the little fridge and the safe. The staff were all very pleasant and I loved that you could use all of the other pools in the resort. The best part was on checking out the person at the desk printed our boarding passes for our flight. No complaints at all!. Great location. Amazing leisure facilities. Superb staff (they emailed me to inform me that they'd found my wife's wallet in the room ... we hadn't even noticed it was missing!). Loved Arjay as our waiter at the cafe for dinner. Fabulous food. We also loved Chad the young man who helped us with our bags. The mattress was fantastic. Loved everything. We enjoyed the total room,bath/shower,great beds. Away from most of the Duval St. traffic. The cafe was convenient and had acceptable prices. We were treated very well. We had ocean view rooms and everything was great. We could not have pick a better place on Key West. Very nice room and conveniently located for our trips out and for dining at the Cafe. Excellent staff, very helpful. The setting and location was excellent. The accommodations and the friendliness of the staff just added to the trip. Location is close enough to walk to the main part of town, but far enough away so it's not crazy outside the rooms. We liked the location. The staff was cordial. We liked the early coffee in the pool area. The staff was amazing and it was great never having to leave the restore for anything. Exceptionally efficient, friendly and polite staff. From cleaners to management. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Close to beach with several pools. Location Tranquility pool Staff were very friendly and efficient. It's a lovely hotel in a very beautiful place. I loved it. All was perfect, we recommend the hotel 100%. Great accommodations in a great location. Beer school with activity director Boomer. The staff are exceptional. It was on Duval Street. Staff helpful/friendly. friendly staff. Everything. Comfortable rooms & furnishings. Good location. Excellent food. The check in staff should smile a little bit more, without making you feel you're a bit of a trouble for them. But overall it was all perfect! Just choose this hotel! One last thing: it's on the quiet side of Duvall street, so if you're planning some activities which are at the port on the other side of the street, make sure you leave in advance cause it's a bit of a walk, but I'm sure you'll find it lovely as I did. Lots of things to see on the way. Enjoy!. The room of $300/night with 2 queen beds was a bit tidy for 3 so travel light :) Housekeeping starts early so don't forget to hang out the do not disturb sign. Didn't like the drive to get there. Next time, we would fly directly there.Not a thing!. Only negative remark was the poor water pressure of the taps in the bathroom (not the shower ... that was fine). Nothing,we would definitely stay here again. We liked everything about this hotel. Room location was a bit noisy - construction, motorcycles and guests leaving rolling their luggage. The room was nice but seemed a bit pricey for what it was. The receipt we received was a little hard to figure out as to what the charges were and how payments were applied. I know this is a beach town luxury resort, but thought it was a bit pricey. Rooms were a bit cramped. Water was left only one night. Could have used replacement of water each day. Disappointed that our room was on the car park. For three nights not a problem. For a week or more could be annoying. We were under the impression that all the "action" was within walking distance. I realize now that walking distance for a young person is quite different than what a 'senior" wants to walk! Would have been nice to have shuttle service. Nothing at all. Concierge was incredibly rude to my husband when inquiring about free drink vouchers for his 50 b-day!!. The price- a bit steep but they're comparable to others in the area. When we booked the pictures and information were misleading. We thought we were going to be on the waterfront. Need companion book to restaurant guide on activities and description. This is more of a suggestion and not a complaint. Nothing. Staff was rude at front desk - obviously cared little about guests. Told I had a ocean view room turned out to be looking at the roof next door! Was told I could upgrade for another $300.00 a night!.
