A fellow lady Lion was with me and we had a Lions Cabinet Meeting at the Texas Lions Camp and have stayed in Kerrville several times in the past. As lions we have enjoyed the hospitality of LaQuinta in various cities and always find it a very pleasant experience.We have always found them to be clean and the staff efficient and helpful. We have a new LaQuinta here in Floresville and they were most helpful to us when we had our MidWinter Conference of Lions this past January. So happy to have y.
all reviews » Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to extend our stay by a day and they made it happen, even though the hotel was booked. We moved our things into the new room and left for the day. At 8pm, we realized we wouldn't need the room after all and let staff know we were leaving, so that they could book it for another customer, and they only charged us for 1/2 the room rate. That was a pleasant surprise too. Clean - comfortable - great staff good value for the price - pet friendly - seemed safe - noticed the cameras in halls - overall A+++++++ I like the gay friendly option above - it is time to open our hearts. The staff was great, very friendly, we love the express check out service, although we didn't use it. The checkout was pretty fast, and the lady was wonderful. Loved the indoor pool their best feature. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Located close to restaurant and fast food choices. Breakfast was plentiful. The room was comfortable and very clean. I enjoyed a quiet, peaceful night. I also felt secure which is very important for a woman traveling alone. The rooms were clean, everyone was friendly, the price was reasonalble there at the foot foot the hill country. This was the most comfortable bed, pillows, and nicest bathroom! I enjoyed the ease of checking in and out. Very clean and the staff at the front desk was exceptional! Great location too. I liked that it was a nice room with decent amenities. The breakfast was a little "sparse", sorta unlike the "country type" buffets with scrambled eggs, country biscuits and gravy.. but then that's why you have a Cracker Barrel in Kerrville! ;)) Coffee was good and hot! Thank you!. That is a little far from downtown, and the river, but if you have a car is easy to travel back and forth, and is not to far. Although I wish they where within walking distance. They need to check their bed covers. We had a double room and one of the covers had very clear food spatter on it. This food would come off with a wash. The place was full of dogs and two cats ran freely through the halls. I was glad I wasn't allergic to them. Not enough parking close to front door. The staff didn't seem to be available for answering questions, even with me standing there waiting for them to help. One night staff lady was on a personal call and never even bothered to look up as I waited for several minutes. Bathroom sink had a crack in it. It should have been fixed before we arrived. Housekeeping should have reported it. The first room was hot when we arrived. We turned on the a/c and it did not appear to cool. I called the front desk and the man on duty said it would cool down. We ran it for over an hour and still no cooling. I went to front desk and said they need to fix the unit or move us to another room. The manager was very rude and said it would cool down shortly. I insisted we move to another room. He did so grudgingly. If he was my employee I would fire him. Pool was not heated and I even called to makke sure it was heated... Little problem with checking in but fixed fast... Still very upset about the pool whole reason we stayed at this location .... bed was lil to firm for my liking. 3rd floor hallway and the elevator were HOT!!. The ac was loud and the room didn't stay cool so it was on and off all night waking me up. We didn't like the fact that there wasn't any air conditioning in the halls. We are in Texas and it is hot here! We get dress to go to dinner and stand and wait for the elevator, sweating by the time we reach our auto! Our duvet was dirty. However, staff quickly replaced it with a fresh one. Thanks!. When hotel is totally booked parking is nonexistent and what you do find does not seem safe. People do not pick up after pets. Have plastic bags available and signs? Floor in main hall always dirty. @Nd and 3rd floor hallways and elevator hot. Room would not get cold to our satisfaction. Im allergic to dogs and had a reaction in our room it must have had pet dander in it.. Ants in our bathroom.
