The staff was very friendly and worked well together. Clean, clean, clean! The food at the restaurant was delicious, and our server, Darnell R. was especially attentive and courteous. The room was quiet although the Inn is located near the busy highway. We did not have enough time to spend in the area to answer the last question. Would like to return and enjoy the area more later. Thank you for not using so much Fabreeze or other scents in the rooms. It is a real eye irritant for some of .

No alcohol served because on Navajo reservation but lovely non-alcoholic beer available. Pleasant welcoming staff - EVERYONE! Set the tone for the stay. Room well presented and fitted out. Breakfast more than adequate - constant tidying and refreshing supplies. Convenient being on route yet no noise and easy walk to the shops. Everything was perfect! Rooms nice and clean, complimentary coffee and cookies on the lobby, free wifi everywhere, pool, restaurant offers delicious meals, a must if you plan to visit monument valley! Staff was absolutely nice, too... All the staff were very helpful. The staff in the morning dining area were very efficient and friendly. The beds were comfortable. Clean and comfortable rooms. Rooms stuffy as windows are never opened so we had to use the noisy fan.Single sheet too light duvet was winter weight so we were forced to use the very noisy a/c. Proper ventilation might be less expensive and certainly appreciated. We stayed one night only... Room rate hike presumably because of close proximity to Monument Valley. Would have been nice to have more than one washer/dryer for guest use. Nothing - it's was all good. Price , but understandable as there are so many visitors and so few facilities. Miso soup was served chilled - surprised me, as I thought it was a hot soup. Salmon was steamed, not grilled. Otherwise meal was fine. Expensive. Blankets were too warm. A thinner option would have been helpful. Waitress in the hotel restaurant was a bit surly and the service not very friendly. There isn't anything different from fast food for dining (except for the internal restaurant). swim pool is not heated, too cold to swim even in the hot summer night. A bit too expensive for this location and facility. Booking was not processed correctly. We reserved a king room and got a double room. Second time a letsbookhotel.com reservation was not as advertised. They sold out the rooms and we got what was left. Not happy. Dinner was good, staff pleasant but very understaffed. Clerk at check in did not run my credit card but wrote down the information. Didn't act like he knew what to do. Lights very dim and old fashioned in the rooms. Lack of convenient restaurants in the area. The air-condition was very loud. Window could not be opened. Breakfast was served on plastic throw-away plates. Not exactly eco-friendly and always a reason for downgrading. Kayenta is a very depressing place - however as there are not many alternatives we would probably go there again. the staff is not very friendly. Kayenta is not a nice city but it's the best position to visit monument Valley. No fridges in the rooms, only at request The quality of cooking is awful in the restaurant, the service is poor either there. The staff. The price, the pretentiousness of it all & the fact that there is no alcohol allowed - you should be told this on the web site. Very expensive. You could hear people talking in the room next door through the wall. Barking dog in next room was really annoying. Breakfast lady uses same gloves to prepare breakfast and change the garbage bags. We considered this hotel vastly overpriced for the facilities provided. The hotel is just a too expensive motel. We booked a room for 3 people but the second bed was just a tiny cauch that we had to prepare on our own. Reception staff was quite unfriendly.
