  Great location fro forays into New York. Just 20 minutes from Newark airport. About 20 minutes from New york City. You could easily dump the car and use the PATH train to go into the City of New York for just $2.50. The trains are clean and on time. The staff were helpful. It was walking distance from the City Centre No parking on site except for... what people say » offloading baggage/check in. However, a parking place just round the corner for $12 a day. Great price value too - Size of room and facilities in room. Staff friendly and helpful, my sister and i stayed a week and nothing was too much. Breakfast was busy but grand. Close to Path train - 5 minute walk not 15 as in other reviews. 2 stops to great shopping at Newport and 10 mins to World Trade Centre. Room spotless, housekeeping came in every day. ViP diner on main street fab. Thank you for a lovely stay.

  I could not have been more impressed with everything at this hotel. The staff was fantastic, from Valet team, (whom called me when I left my phone in the car and brought it to my room), to the front desk, (that allowed me to check in really early), to the cleaning staff, who ran a really tight ship - my room was perfect! Absolutely one of the best stays I've ever had, e - The hotel is extremely close to the light path train, which made traveling to nyc extremely convenient. The mattresses were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Debbie was also extremely helpful. We had a rather large yellowish stain on the comforter of one of our beds, and she had housekeeping change it immediately. Also, she gave our family a breakfast voucher for two (which was a $60 value).

  I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It is one of the best budget hotels I have stayed at. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very nice, had oatmeal, pastries, juice and coffee, tea and cereal. Very nice place to stay. The location is fairly close to the light rail which services New Jersey and the - Really comfortable, with friendly stuff, it has everything you need (free WiFi as well). Among other good things I enjoyed the opportunity to take breakfast in the room with you (because they actually don't have a special room for it: buffet is right next to the reception desk).   Can't say enough about the room(s) available through Dharma Home Suites. We relocated to NJ/NYC two months ago and have stayed with Dharma until our home is ready. They have exceeded all expectations. Top of the line buildings at 50 Columbus and 70 Greene and fry superior rooms and furnishings than the others we have stayed in at the same locations... what people say » . Ally and her team are excellent and beyond accommodating. They are kind and very friendly. We stayed with other companies who are doing the same thi - First of all an excellent view to Manhattan. Short walk to the Path-train, taking you to Manhattan. The travel distance was short, and it was actually relaxing coming back to Jersey City in the evening after a crowded and hectic day in NYC. The flat (one bedroom) was large enough for the four of us (two girls 12 & 16) and the beds in the livingroom were comfortable. No complaints! Also a nice mall in Newport for quiet shopping. We spent 10 days, but for a shorter weekend and only two adults
