This hotel is situated in New Jersey, but a really nice, quiet stay when visiting New York. Our well appointed room was on the 9th floor. A fair size with big double bed, clean bathroom, desk and fridge it was very comfortable. We slept witheet window open and had no problems with noise. The Path is literally next door to the hotel and there are 2 lines which take you into Manhattan. It takes about 20 minutes or so. There are plenty of possibilities to have breakfast very close to the hotel. .
all reviews » Check in was quick and easy. I loved that the hotel had affordable valet service so we didn't have to worry about our car during our stay. Everyone on the staff was so friendly and more than willing to go above and beyond to help us. The pool and Jacuzzi was amazing, both were perfect and clean. Our room was so clean and cozy, and the location was perfect! We were walking distance away from fun and entertainment, and the train station into the city was right next door. I wish I was able to stay. Location is fab. Next to path train station and 10 mins into centre Manhattan. Area around hotel is safe and a few mins walk to Hudson river with spectacular views of Manhattan. 2 miles from Liberty park right in front of Statue of Liberty and Ellis island. Ferry tour from here is excellent. Paid half the price of central Manhattan hotels and would highly recommend to others. Perfect location for visiting Manhattan for half the price. Hotel is next to the Path station that gets you into New York City within 15 minutes. There is a mall across the street along with a sports bar. All the staff was friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to check in early which was nice since we were going to a baseball game. Literally next door to Path station so easy access to Manhattan by two routes but a fraction of the cost hotel wise. Easy journey to Newark Liberty International by train or taxi and Newark Penn for onward rail travel. Big comfortable rooms. Few minutes walk to shopping centre and several restaurants. Proximity to PATH We had to delay late checkout until 4.00 pm and there was no problem although I was told 1 or 3 pm was the latest. Our event was delayed, front desk staff could have been more helpful on this so it wouldnt have concerned me all afternoon. The staff was very accommodating with our needs. We would definitely stay at the same location again. It's next door to the PATH train which lets us off at 6th and 33rd. I have a lot of problems with my joints and walking so this worked out very well. This hotel was clean and a great place to stay close to all we need. Could get around very easy with the PATH next door and the shopping Mall across the street amd other stores down the street and close to Hoboken where my son lives. GREAT hotel. The front desk staff was efficient as was the valet service for the car. Although we had to wait for the restaurant to open, the food was fine and the staff was very accommodating. Close to Path Station! Really worth paying 125-150 per night instread of 350$ in Manhattan. The path is REALLY safe and get you to Time Square within 20-25 minutes for 2$!. When we finally got to the hotel it was very late. After a 4 hour drive we just wanted to get into our ac room, watch some tv, and pig out but the bistro downstairs was closed and the restaurants nearby were closing so we didn't eat until the next morning. Nothing. Everything was great. The price was a little high but we will survive. The pool was quite crowded and noisy as there was a birthday party going on. The room was one of the smaller ones that I have stayed at. We loved this hotel. Bed was not comfortable and backed up against washroom wall so noisy if anyone used washromm overnight. Price Lobby market and bistro (more varieties needed). Bed cover is thinner. Breakfast. Pool was closed for repairs. no breakfast :(. Some desk staff need comportament improvement. sometime a smile make a difference.
