Able to park next to patio door so luggage could be transferred quickly and easily. Large bathroom. Flat screen TV. Comfortable beds. Right off the main road and easy to find. Reasonable prices, staff was very nice and information was available. Room was also very clean, though may have needed some updating. ample parking for our pick-up hauling a car trailor, great access to Route 86, very quiet in room.

No other choice- all the other hotels were full. Price was high for what we got. Not very much of our experience was good. check out. Other than coffee, no real food available at the hotel. We don't consider junk food in a machine as an acceptable alternative. The entire night was filled with teenagers running up and down the halls, slamming doors and talking loudly in the hall. Not really the fault of the hotel, but still was bothersome. Room didn't have a coffee pot, I had to have the desk clerk bring one to us. there should have been a waste basket in the room area , not just in the bathroom. These were minor things but, some that should be considered. Check in. First person busy with something. Second woman started my check-in. Third person finished my check-in. Took almost 15 minutes. All were nice, just took too long. AC didn't work well. The sink was constantly stopped up and full of water. But, the most hideous was the fact that my bed had dirty sheets on it and at midnight I had to call the front desk to have them come change them. They were disgusting. We had to wait a good 20 min before anyone arrived. We were tired and it was not a good end to a busy day with an early day planned next day. Drug deals going on. Did not feel safe. Loud, banging music. My sister had to stay on a different floor instead of next door to my husband and myself. Air Conditioner in room did not work, no maintenance available to fix the issue, and windows did not open for ventilation. Lobby was dirty and messy. No elevators to second floor rooms. I booked two rooms. One of the rooms wasn't ready when we checked in, so they gave us another room. When we went to other room, it had not been cleaned! We had to put our luggage in other couples room (because we had to go). Room smelled, towels were wet. WE NEVER GOT OUR WAKE UP CALL!!! Of course we heard excuse's. Will never stay there again!!.
