I was very happy with the speedy process of checking in and the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and we were very pleased. They put us in a room where we felt very safe and at ease since it was just myself and my daughter traveling.

Overall the room was very nice for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Although the were a few things in the negative I would stay again.

Shower did not have a handle to turn on the water but the staff gave me another room to shower in for the morning and maintenance had it fixed before I arrived back at the hotel at the end of the day. Very strong Clorox sent on the sheets. Very hard to relax or sleep with scent.

Very good value, clean and comfortable. They messed up my reservation but immediately corrected it and included an upgrade. Staff was very friendly.

quiet, clean, good bed, convenient location to Jacksonville, helpful staff overall

breakfast was fair; heat lamp timer dial in bathroom was connected backwards so I had to lightly unscrew the bulb to turn it off; my reservation from booking .com on September 18 never reached them and I had to re-book on October 10; they did make it up to me by giving me and upgraded room without solicitation.

The personal were very courteous and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They were also pet friendly, treats for my English Bulldog "Newman". the free hot Breakfast was great fresh every morning. It was a great deal for the money.

The rooms were very clean and the sheets and bedding were high quality. I also enjoyed the breakfast and free HBO. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful which makes me a return customer.

The hotel looks like a new property. It is the type of Best Weatern where you park in the parking lot and enter through the lobby versus parking outside the room. Lobby was nice, staff friendly, and the rooms had the appearance of much more expensive property. The have a nice breakfast.

I have no complaints.

Had difficulty with the internet. Computer had to be booted. Also, hotel should have more then one computer.

What a disappointment. Your website said things were not accurate as well the breakfast was in edible.
