To whom it may concern, 4/20/13 Recently I and my company President stayed at your facility in downtown Indianapolis. When we were checking in on Wednesday April 10 th there was no reservation and you were booked solid as was every other hotel your assistant general manager Brian Carey(?) was checking on for me. Somehow I had accidently selected April 20 as our reservation date as Brian located that reservation. I had him cancel it and he made us a reservation 25 minutes away at your North site.
all reviews » The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet and the Manager's Reception was exceptional! A nice amenity!. The hotel was very well laid out and we liked that the breakfast buffet came with the purchase of the room. It is very connected and works well with the Conference Centre and the Circle Centre shopping mall. Bed was super comfortable. Had everything you would need!! Liked the ceiling fan too!!. Convenience to conference facilties and location Breakfast pancakes facility!. I was very happy with the room. I liked the fitness room and the happy hour. Room and amenities were excellent, free happy hour, full breakfast included. Nice rooms. Free happy hour drinks and fab breakfast! Great location. I guess for some location is enough! The ATL downtown Embassy was worth the Money!!. The location was perfect for my business needs. Excellent Complimentary Breakfast!. I was very disappointed this time with the pool area. It wasn't near as clean as it could be. There were no towels available and water splashed from the pool had flooded the floor and I saw three people fall. My 93 year old mother was there and thank goodness she was in a wheelchair or she would have surely gone down as well. It took our lugguge over a half an hour to make it up to you room. Also Wi-fi wasn't included with the room, it was $12.99 per device. The water temperature in the shower was ridiculous. It was either really hot or really cold. It would switch back and forth fairly quickly. My room was a bit warm and I was unable to cool it down with the existing thermostat. Parking was a bit expensive. Our room was cold and we asked MANY times for an additional blanket. Promises of blanket were never fulfilled. They did get us a small elec heater that we ran the entire 4 days. Tell 'em to buy a few more more blankets. Distance from Convention Center. Difficult to find entrance. Need a better way to access street. Had trouble with the room door access cards. Our door lock did not work properly and we had to be very careful that our door locked when we left. ATM didn't work :). air conditioner permanent noise. 1. When we arrived and were getting settled in, found a dirty pair of underwear on the chair in the upstairs bedroom. 2. When we woke up the first morning, as we pulled down the sheets, found drops of dried blood that must have been from the previous tenants. 3. Considering we booked the "penthouse suite", I was not impressed with the suite. Very dated and carpet was snagged in many places. Furniture was also scratched and dated. The hotel service was a bit poor and in addition our room which they said was renovated the door didn't even close properly we had to use a chair to be safe, upon check-in our tub looked like someone had taken a bath in it but wasn't properly cleaned! A nasty green ring around the tub, it was horrible!. The ironing board broke in my room causing the hot iron to fall on my leg. I still have blisters. Also the shower head in my room was stuck on a wide spray pattern and it was difficult to shower. They also turn off the a/c through April, but my room had afternoon sun exposure which made it uncomfortably warm. I asked for bill to be split on to 2 cards. The person at the desk put it all on my debit card. Price was higher than advertised. Not pleased.
