it was very impressive. will definitely recommend to friends and families and will be staying with you all in the future. love it, love it, love it. could not have asked for anything better... it far exceeded my expectation and was very impressive to my friends travelling from the U.K. I liked the room. It was really big, comfortable, and had no issues. The internet connection was very good as well. Although, the hotel is close to the interstate and airport, I found the room was quiet. I really liked the shuttle. I will stay here next time!.
all reviews » Like everything about the hotel. It was very clean, staff was very friendly, the price was good nothing but good things can I say about this hotel. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it for any one travailing in the Indianapolis area. The lady at the front desk was super helpful as we were lost on our way there. Very polite and patient as she answered my million questions. Room was super comfortable and fit our family's needs perfectly. Check-in was quick and they accommodated my needs. We had another guest arriving later and they left a key and made sure she got to the room after she arrived. That it was very clean, nice up to date decor, the breakfast had a nice variety of food items, and it was very economical. We would definitely stay their again. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the free continental breakfast, but make sure you get there early. very well decorated and the rooms were big and spacey . Bed was quite high and very comfortable. I liked using the love seat in the room also. The hotel provided a nice bed to sleep in for my flight the next day. It was extremely comfortable. It was SO clean!. The night desk lady was extremely helpful giving me directions, at night, to find my way to Comfort Inn. The sleeping room was clean and comfortable. In addition, the continental breakfast was first class. Comfy beds, outstanding staff. Josh took care of us very well with room, transport and dining. Friendly housekeeping and breakfast staff. Cleanliness. the treadmill could not work in the exercise room. but I was able to use another exercise machine. no big deal. We had breakfast at 7am which is pretty early I would have thought. The pastries tasted like they had been out for at least a day. Very limited on options. The bananas were past the brown point and gnats/fruit flys were swarming around them. Also I would recommend putting skid strips or something around the pool. Every time the children got out the would fall even as they were just walking. I would hate to see someone get seriously hurt. The first room I was put in, the bathroom wasn't completely clean but when I called, the desk person was regretful and immediately put me in another room. Because we have children we wished the pool opened earlier and stayed open later. nothing. Poor signage and internet driving directions to get to the location. Room not as reserved. Reserved king but got double. Fully booked so unable to change. Counter staff not very helpful or able to explain why. Kinda hard to get to even using on- star. Nothing. I didn't get to stay longer. It is near the highway so There is traffic noise. -Would be hard to find without a gps or Smart Phone. the beds were entirely to high for me. I have bad knees and couldn'T get in the bed. the staff had to bring me A step stool to get in the bed and that still was A bit much for me. other than that problem they stay was fine. Thought the breakfast could have been better. it was too expensive. no restaurant close. Location was okay for my work area, but as far as convenience it lacked especially for restaurants. Lack of restaurant. It would be nice if breakfast was served a little later, maybe til 10:30 or so. Otherwise, everything was perfect!!. Breakfast needed more options(two waffle makers). Longer Saturday hours. the highway is very close and the windows or AC unit lets a lot of noise in. the room doors slam closed and it woke me up several times when others exited there rooms. Hair on fleece blanket, noisy shower head. Breakfast needs to be longer hours. Nothong. Nothing. Could not smoke. One of our night the staff was unprofessional.The men were sitting in the lobby watching tv and the front desk lady was not very informative. i had to ask twice for the crib which turned out to be a pack n play. not what i expected... The location is challenging without gps. The clock was set an hour early and therefore I got up much earlier than I needed to. Probably another traveler, however housekeeping should have checked it out. Poor breakfast.
