Staff was attentive to our needs, replaced light bulb in one of the bed lamps and always very helpful. No problems at all. Nice room, not luxurious, but in a nice location and close to everything. The carpet looked new, and everything smelled clean. Great price, and great facility. I was worried that the facility would be ran down, for such a low price, but was extremely pleased to see that it was a very nice facility. I felt that we got a great deal for our money.

The shower worked well and the breakfast was fairly good. Our second night was wonderful! Room 214 was exactly what was expected for a Comfort Inn-clean, quiet, king bed, everything worked!. It was a nice hotel for the price. If I ever travel through Indianapolis again I would most likely stay here again. Price.. The room was fine, large enough with a comfortable bed. Staff was nice and breakfast was good. I liked that all the furniture in our room was new and walls had been recently repainted. But there were burn marks on lamps and outside out window was trash and storage containers. The girl at the front desk was nice at check-in and check-out. The person at night gave me a new key to my room (it wasn't working), and did not even check my id. The comforters had burns in them. The shower rod falling off the wall . But everything else was great. Breakfast on Sunday morning was out of milk (both kinds) and the only creamer for the coffee was the flavored kind. Small issues, otherwise the buffet was good, waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, juices, yogurt... nice. No washclothes. Shower curtain mounted so that the curtain slides down to the center leaving large open gaps at each end. Need more proteins at breakfast and the scrambled eggs were so salty I could not eat them. Minor repairs needed: toilet seat very loose, broken cable plate cover with sharp edges, door stops did not have rubber bumpers. N/A. breakfast......TV channels......pillows...... That it was under renovation and upgrades.. but was still enjoyable!!. It was a very nasty hotel. They were remodeling and the halls had debris and trash from the workers and construction. When I asked for extra towels they gave me dish rags and said that was all they had. The elevator was even nasty. The board where the buttins were at was broken to pieces. Our sheets had cigaret holes in them. I will not stay there again. The room was lacking in natural daylight. Our first night was terrible. Room 335 must have been previously trashed. Gouges in the bathroom door. Paper thin walls. Disrespectful end room inhabitants. We heard all of the swearing/phone calls/children yelling until 1:00 AM. Vacuuming at 10:30 PM in that room-not done by staff. Dogs barking and growling. Phone had no cord to be usable. No coffee maker. Queen bed shoved next to a king headboard. Deadbolt didn't completely lock. Felt very dirty and dingy. The room could have been cleaner. Location the website says that the hotel is 0.9 miles from Lucas oil stadium its 7miles from there... The elevator and hallways were filthy!!! I can't remember one that was this bad ever. Ice machines on all floors were broken or empty, only the one of first floor worked. The sheets were stained, the room smelled like smoke, and it looked dirty and dated in the halls and room. When I arrived, the Sheriff was in front hauling off some prisoners. Children running up and down the halls late at night, parking ot and landscaping were unkept, lobby and elevator need renovating. Broken moldings and plastics casings. Your 'good' rating was not correct. The hotel was very dirty. There was something smeared all over the elevator, the carpets were terrible and not vacuumed. I had a big burn on the carpet in our room that they had just put a throw rug over to cover it up. I would not allow my daughter to even take her shoes off in the room. I would never tell anyone to stay here.
