Staff were friendly & informative, special note to the owners daughter who entertained us in our last hour whilst waiting for the shuttle bus, kept us hydrated with cocktails and her bubbly personality. Small friendly boutique hotel in the right location to the Alamoana shopping centre we just walked over the bridge and less than 10 mins we were in the shops, not far from Waikiki beach either. Had a great stay, a bit short but will definitely stay at this lovely little gem on our return t.

In my opinion, the best way to judge the quality of someone’s service is when something goes wrong. Well, when I had reason to complain, the issue was handled fast and professionally. Just perfect. Thank you again!. Hotel has a great location, walking distance 5 min to Waikiki beach and Hilton Village. Lots of night entertainment is close by but hotel is very quiet at night so you can rest. The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and always available to help. My room was clean and well appointed, with all the necessities. For what I paid, it turned out to be a great stay that was also budget friendly. Will definitely stay again!. I liked the centrality of the location and the overall "cuteness" of the place. If you plan to spend your days on the beach, this won’t matter, but the building is caught between higher buildings. Because of this, the pool doesn’t get much sun, and the rooms can be a bit dim. no probles at all. It's not a big problem, just a suggestion, the facility needs more parking spaces available for the guests. No major complaints here!. It really wasn't a big deal at all for me as a solo traveler but the rooms might be a bit crowded in terms of floor space for two. I will definitely stay there again next time I am transiting through Honolulu or even if I am there for a longer trip. The room was a bit noisy, not from internal hotel noise but from Ala Moana traffic noise. The hotel doesn't face the ocean and is located among other buildings so I saw only windows in front of me. Air conditioner didn't work. carpet could have used a good cleaning and also the room could have used a deep cleaning. Windows let in a lot of street noise so come soundproofing is needed. No one explaining how you had to have your room key in to make a/c work. Maid service wasn't the best. The bathroom and shower were too small. The shower had no place to put shampoo ect. The elevator was a bit dated. It sometimes take three to four times to press the destination floor number before it registers to close the door. a little noisy at times. Difficult to work with "in room" Wireless Internet. Coverage was poor and connections were often dropped. the parking lot was tooo small. Rooms are a bit small Wired Internet access only in rooms Slow elevator Noise from the nearby boulevard traffic. Bed was just a little to soft for my liking...but that's just a personal choice... Otherwise ok... - Lifts were a bit too slow. Nothing comes to mind. Nothing. A broken, flickering hallway light along the 9th floor, between Rm. 903 and 904. Poor parking with limited and tight spaces. However the parking lot was directly next to the hotel. The elevator was quite slow to arrive. The street outside was very busy. tub sized pool steps to check-in (no ramp/elevator). No shuttle service and no restaurant or cafe .. street access. Pool closed too early. noisy, the balcony was on street side. no smoking possible on balcony. Noisy. No ramp or bell for assistance at the foot of a steep set of stairs from the street to reception. For anyone with heavy bags or mobility challenges, this is unacceptable. You have to carry luggage or leave it on the street to go up the stairs to ask for help. Very surprising in a hotel of this standard. No elevator access to ground level. Other member of staff wasn't very helpful when asked what was the best things to do/see in Honolulu. Our room (3501) was quite dirty and had 12 cockroach traps! Along with 2 cockroaches, that we saw. Disgusting. Had to ask to be moved rooms. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Shame to have put such a downer on our trip to Honolulu. really bad service , sink was not cleaned each day , dishes were not washed. The room and the bathroom were very tiny and the lanai door impossible to open! soooo heavy. This building is not a hotel your website is misleading & needs to change. At best it is a converted condominium structure. It has no dining room, it has no bar, is has no friendly facilities. The wi-fi is eratic at best. Room were not enough lighting, smell, air conditioning didn't work and street noises came through sliding patio door. Besides staffs, the room(hotel itself) seems to be very old. The room is also very noisy both within the hotel and outside the hotel (traffic). The staff member who greeted me was unbelievably rude and unhelpful; air on didn't work; shower smelt like pee; bed was sagging, and it was so loudi couldn't sleep. I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel!.
