  Comfortable room, friendly staff, location is close to downtown holland, nice extras like coffee, cocoa and cookies along with free breakfast - everything. very pleased. Just a little imput on people that are dairy intolerent , add some coconut milk....I would of eaten the cereal.

  We were a little skeptical booking at the last minute. However, it was fabulous. The staff was amazing, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The pool was open 24/hrs which was perfect end of the day activity for the kids. When my hair dry broke they gave me a brand new one immediately. Location was more commercial but anything we wanted to do was maybe 5-10 min away. Again, - I thought it was a good value for us. Area was conventient for lunch and dinner as their were numerous restaurants in the surrounding area. Staff was very accomdating. Front desk employees were friendly. When I did ask about the coffee they did attend to it immediately.

  The front desk staff were great. The room was clean. The bed was confortable. The pool was refreshing during the heat wave (July 14-18th. The breakfast was very good. They had scrambled eggs & sausage which was a surprise. - Very friendly staff and very clean hotel.

  It was close to where we were visiting. The Kids, grand kids and great grand kids, all had a great time in the pool area. Kids said food prices in Restaurant where good.   Everything, the staff was outstanding and friendly and our room was very clean, probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. The beds were very comfortable. We had a little problem with getting the a/c going and called the front desk and someone came to fix it within minutes. Thank you for the "larger piece of soap" and the soap dish, my - The staff was very friendly and down to earth. The room was very clean. There were lots of options for pillows.
