The staff was very friendly. The room was very comfortable and quite. I liked being able to get some tea from the breakfast room before going to bed.

I arrived late and wanted a snack. The vending machines were all empty - they were changing over vending contracts.

I like the inexpensive cost.

Could not understand why I got clean towels when the sign said "hang them on the towel racks and save water".

Staff was responsive. The hotel was quiet. Beds were comfortable.

Floors were stained or dirty looking. The bathroom needed some renovation-- grungy corners, etc. the hair-dryer did not work. The door lock on the inside of the room was pretty useless--the screws were halfway out.

Front desk brought us towels while we were in pool.

Pool was dangerous. Steps were broken. Inside pool light was detatched and maying outside the water. Tv remote didn't work- tried to get a new one several occasions.

Christin, the night staff was wonderful. We had problems she solved right away Gave her same list and in about 10 minutes she had moved us too another room. Hot water in shower towel rack didn't break. She was very pleasant , professional and caring. Friday night I for got map to parade , She got one for me. She is wonderful her I would do excellent

The day staff- got our problem list and ignored it. The hot water in shower not hot and towel rack broke in room. Went out for day and nothing fixed. He gave staff good. He was really fair. no bath tub. was told for disabled people daughter is special needs next time I know

The towel rack over the toilet in the bathroom needed to be reattached to the wall. The window could be opened, but did not have a screen. The website were I booked my reservations, the option stated "Double Room with Double Beds". So, I booked a reservation after making two phone calls to confirm that it was two rooms for this price; therefore, I booked the reservation. When we arrived, we were told it was only one room with two beds. So, I would suggest better wording on the ad.

No one ever at the front desk-staff was rude when you could talk to them.

Cheap Ok rooms

-no coffee at breakfast! (when we asked to make some more, they took 30 minutes to do it) -no towels in the room (we had to call them and they asked us to go get them at the reception desk) -they did not make the bed or clean the room, on the second day

the hotel ran out of shampoo?!? And there was a huge musty wet spot in the hallway. I walked barefoot to the vending machine in the middle of the night and about threw up when I heard the squish under my foot and smelled it. there's no way staff hadn't been able to notice that, even WITH shoes on

Not clean Broken AC...asked for another room.Told me that they were booked...finally got another room...the night the parking lot was on the quarter full...I Hate being lied to!!! STAY AWAY!!! FIND SOME OTHER PLACE!!!

No towels in room, dirty pillow case and sheet, bug in bed, broken chair my father sat down in and almost fell in. In town for a funeral and was the worst place I've ever stayed in, the lady at the front desk also needs people skills, was very rude at check in. She argued with us saying we booked 1 room and we showed her our confirmation # for 2 rooms, we spent about 20 minutes arguing. At 9:15 pm we were very tired and patient and did not need to endure her attitude, need I say anymore?
