We loved the atmosphere of "welcome" at this hotel. From the minute we stepped into the lobby it felt like home! The staff was friendly, the rooms were very nice and the amenities were just what we were looking for. Happy hour with wine, and a breakfast that was more than the norm of yogurt and fruit. It was within a block of town which we loved so that we could go to shop, go to dinner and have a couple of cocktails without having to drive afterwards... The town of Frisco is quaint and invi.

The first night the Inn was pretty empty so when another couple came in they put them right next to us - a bit loud with so many other rooms to choose from. You should look at replacing the mattress on the king bed in Room 101. The walls seemed a bit thin. We could hear the conversation in the room next to ours. It wasn't a big problem for us , but it could be for some. It made us want to be very quiet.Rearranging head boards so they both don't share the same wall might help. Can't think of any at all!. Nothing to dislike. The price was a little high for Frisco, there were much cheaper places available and I could have bought breakfast for much less. Beds too soft. Blankets too heavy (for summer). The rooms were hot because of no A/C.
