The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I brought my dog for a $7 small fee and that was great. The rooms especially are a little shabby-- the doors need a good washing for sure. Great location near lots of restaurants. Room was on the first floor. I am happy that it had a hair dryer, refrigerater and micro-wave. The bed was comfortable and the heat could be easily varied for comfort. Breakfast was good.

A little challenge to get to and from the event in Cincinnati. breakfast was a JOKE ..... coffee was gone before you knew it and she didn't want to make another thermos. the place needs some TLC and it would be a great place. the broken fire alarm hanging off the wall,the molding bathroom ceiling,the open hole in the tub where there should be some catch basin. outdated facitlities, musty...could use a coat of paint and new bathroom fixtures, it would make a HUGE difference. High speed internet was poor at best. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Price was way too much for this motel. My room could have been cleaner. The comforter was torn, my blanket had a hole in it. There was lip-stick on the phone and other issues. I was able to switch rooms for my second night and this room was much nicer. Also the hotel is very dated. I stay in Super 8 quite a bit, this one was the worst I have stayed in. Dirty, hard beds, and odor of previous smokers. Broken tv remote and a old TV. Refrigerator was frosted up. Lots of bed bugs, the beddings looks dirty with cigarette holes on it, the smell is awful. dirty, ill repaired,. Microwave door cracked. Plug by sink out of order. Tv only showed a inch of picture on the channel we wanted to watch. Musty, dirty, odor to the room. Our key would not unlock our door the second night of stay. This was very inconvienient after a long day! We had to go to the office, which was closed on the inside, stand in line waiting to talk to somone through the glass. This place was a dive!. very old in need of repairs,out dated. The room rate that I paid on line was more than what I would have paid if I had paid at the hotel. The room that we were first given had 2 broken lamps, unswept dirt in the bathroom, dirty/used comforter and sheets on bed, burn marks on furmiture, smelled of stinch sprayed with air freshner,stained bath tub,stained carpet and not to mention 2 prostitutes soliciting on the hotel property!. Our room was messed up they sent us to a room someone else was in. Then the gave us a handicap room with only a shower and we had a small child with us. Pool water was like ice. Room was dirty and housekeeping did not refill coffee baskets or cups.
