Staff were excellent specially Patrick, Vivian and Gwen. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed 2 days pre-cruise and 2 days post cruise. Our connecting flight was delayed on arrival so we phoned from Chicago and spoke to Gwen, she assured us the booking was fine and not to worry about any thing. After the cruise we were early at 11 am for check in, but Patrick and Vivian sorted it out by 12 pm, instead of waiting until 3 pm. Breakfast was inclusive, so were local calls and most important in.

We were just coming off a cruise ship and arrived several hours prior to expected check in yet they had rooms ready and let us into them right away. We also had a late flight the next day and they let us stay in the room for two hours past check out and then held our bags while we had lunch. They arranged the airport shuttle for us right at check in and the shuttle was on time and took us to the airport for $10 per person. The food in the bar and. Wonderful service, after you call for a pick up they send the driver right out to either the cruise port or Airport. The bus has a separate tow along for luggage so you are not cramped or trying to lug your bags on board and look for a space. They also have a shuttle at 3:30 daily that takes you up the street to the local shopping center and returns at 5:30. I really liked the friendly greeting by Ivy as we arrived,very helpful in finding our room and very quick check in!!! Ivy also helped us to secure a round trip taxi to hardrock casino and cafe , we have to also add all employees friendly and hospitable room clean and bed comfy!!!! we will stay again next year for our next cruise!. Value for the dollar is great. The bed was comfortable and clean, the courtyard area is very nice. The restaurant has decent food and decent prices. You can arrange shuttles right from the front desk areas. I liked the fact that there was a restaurant on site and that the meals were excellent at it. I liked it's close proximity to the airport and cruise port and the fact that they had shuttles running to both. Shuttle service from the airport, to the cruise terminal, then to the airport was awesome. We had an early flight and you delivered us on time! Restaurant and bar was great for snacks and refreshments. Everything as we expected. Being seniors found the transportation from airport to hotel---hotel to ship--ship to airport very helpful. The easy arrangements that the Ramada provided for transportation to and from the docks and a layover at the Hard Rock Casino before our flight back home!. 15 minutes from Sawgrass, Port Everglades or fll airport. The Tiki bar was only open during the weekends and it would have been nice to have been able to enjoy it more. didn't know you had to call for shuttle pick-up at airport; had to take taxi. Nothing. Calling desk before arrival, they did not acknowledge or know that the shuttle would pick me up at the cruise port. Water problem during stay. Not hotels fault. Needed some updating. Internet hard to connect to.. Breakfast. TOO basic.some bread would have been nice plus jam. ants in room.
