I like being close to the office. I liked the price. The front desk gal was super friendly. The motel was also close to other places to eat and easy access to interstate and downtown. The staff was very friendly. The location was convenient to the airport, restaurants, and shopping. Our room was quiet and clean. The price was very affordable. We stayed there two years ago and it had been updated a little since then. The swimming pool was nice and I was glad there was a laundry facility.

The room was much bigger than we anticipated and was very clean. We enjoyed staying here. The room was large and comfortable. The pool was fun for the kids. We Requested a handicap room did not receve on wasent sent to hotel the whellchair dident fit through door wife had a diffcult time getting inand out of the room the pool was outside lot of transient peopleptheir kind of scarry wouldent go their again not happy especially dissapointed in not having request for handicap needs met. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. After the third try, the room was clean. Close to freeway. Low rate. Pool was closed. Hot tub only had 4 jets working. Place needed updating. The sauna wasn't working the days we were there. there wasnt anything we didnt like. The website should note that the pool, spa, and sauna are all out of order. We chose this hotel over another for the use of the spa and sauna that night. We weren't happy to find the spa out of order and the sauna being used for storage. A better description of the amenities would have been helpful. I didn't know there was a hot tub until after the kids returned from swimming. Nothing. The linens were very cheap. Linens were very cheap. Pool was green and you couldn't swim. Beds were very uncomfortable, and the second day of our stay, had to take a cold shower as there was no hot water. Too expensive for an old motel. Cost vs the room. Reasons above breakest bar consisted of mimi donuts and muffins one kind of cereal and tost nothing apprproriare for dietary restrictions ie high blood sugar. There are smoking rooms mixed in with the non-smoking rooms so you could always smell smoke. It is very outdated and needs some major overhaul. The carpets are stained, the furniture is stained, the shower curtain was stained. It has seen its better days. Being sent to two different rooms that were dirty. Being woken up in the middle of the night by someone yelling outside the room. Staff was slow to reaponsed and aweful breakfast. For the price I expected much nicer. I payed the same amount for a room in Sedona and it was much more updated, comfortable, and clean. The room in Sedona also came with a spa for the same price. Facility was old and run down with decor from the 70's. The room reeked with strong floral smelling cleaners and air fresher to cover the stink of old smoke.The handle on the small frig was falling off. The walls in the bathroom were damaged and dirty with poor paint over attempts. worst hotel we have stayed for the money.
