  The innkeepers were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and they gave us names of good places to eat and visit plus allowing us to check in one hour early. Our room was very spacious with a rustic feel and very clean. The grounds were well maintained with beautiful flowers and hanging baskets. There were hot tubs but we did not ... what people say » us them. The back overlooked many trees which held birdfeeders and birdhouses. In the office there were movies to check out as each room had a DVD p - We thoroughly enjoyed the European flavor as reflected in the structural design of this hotel and the operational style which made us really fell like at home. We have become friends with the owner and will always stay at this hotel when the next time we visit Eureka Springs.

  It was a great place to stay. So peaceful and serene. Would have liked a second bottle of champagne in frig....LOL! We are so happy to see our history being preserved and well cared for.   the price, it was near my conference, i did not have to climb stairs or carry luggage very far. near excellent places to eat. beds were comfortable. - Easy to get in and out of. The cleaning crew were locals, and americans. Everyone was friendly ad helpful.

  I have stayed here several times, although the hotel is a little dated, I have always found it clean and convenient to where ever I needed to go. The bus stops at the motel, and there is a bar and grill next door. It was pouring rain and Dave took us to the trolley station so we did not have to wait in rain and he offered to take us downtown and even pick us up when we needed.   Great room for not too bad a price. Nice to feel like someone took good care of the room and made it very homey. Excellent location right off the main shopping/restaurant/bar strip within walking distance if not as lazy or rainy as our trip was. Watched tv late and don't think anything was keeping up the neighbors, we never heard anything but what... what people say » was in our room. - I liked that the facility was right at the top of the hill, so that was one of the first things you see. It was quiet, clean, & nice. I would stay again.

  It was hospitality at its best. All the employees were friendly. The front desk lady and gentlemen were informative. The waitresses saw to our every breakfast need. Centrally located on the main thoroughfare, it is easy - The front desk was so helpful. He could tell I was concerned with the price. Also, for having a free breakfast with our room. It was delicious! No breakfast bar, a real breakfast
