the staff brought me breakfast to my room because I was late to the buffet. this was a real plus. the staff was very attentive to my needs. staff, I left a pair of glasses in my room when I checked out and they had them for me when I stopped back in on my way out of town. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the hot breakfast was good & the price was reasonable.
all reviews » Location to Cincinnati airport. Friendly Staff. It was what I expected for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and it's furnishings have seen better days but the place was clean and the fridge and microwave were useful. I thought that considering it was reasonably priced. I liked that it was close to some places that I could get food or go shopping & there was a bar & grill with entertainment within walking distance. Location to airport parking and quiet. Staff was friendly. Staff seemed helpful, room seemed clean. Price, location to expressway. Canceling the reservation. staff appeared friendly. Free breakfast was coffee and cereal. No orange juice, no sweet rolls. Disappointing. It advertises free hot breakfast but only offers it certain days and charges $3 for it. I was looking forward to it but I stayed on Sunday night and they don't offer it on Monday mornings. I believe that the hotel claims to have a pool. It was there but contained only a puddle of very dark discolored water in the deep end and did not appear to have been recently used. This was my reason for rating the facilities fair. Also - I don't think that WiFi was avail there though I might be mistaken. The so called continental breakfast was like going into a dorm room fridge, empty & limited. Burn holes in sheet and bed spread in nonsmoking room. Hair in bathtub noticed before bathing. Crack in bathtub wall. Room was cold when arrived. Took forever for water to warm up for a bath. Directions were not great. Poorly maintained room in need of alot of work. Sheets were stained, floor buckled, furniture damaged. Small room, cigarette burn in sheets, flies everywhere, very worn.No coffee maker. Would not stay again. Everything. It smelled. Linen were nasty and stained. Hallways nasty. Could not stay there. The facility was definaty different than pictures on the website. Will never stay there again. Towels were dirty. Breakfast started at 8 and travelers are usually gone by then. We left at 7:30 the first morning but stayed for breakfast on the second. Breakfast was adequate. Very dirty. We almost left and went to another hotel. We were very tired so we slept with our clothes on and got up and left the next morning - no shower, Shave, etc. Woke up the next morning with 12 mysterious welt like bug bites, upon my investigation , with an educated determination- they are BED BUG BITES. I am suffering horribly. I do not recommended a stay here.
