The location was very convenient to where I neede to go and perfect for shopping and eating locations. the staff , the breakfast and proximity to two cassinos. It was great...from begin to the end. Desk staff Clean room Free breakfast. Location was awsome, staff friendly. location, value for money, staff. Good place to stay, for casino.
all reviews » Internet was fast. TV nice size. Bath was clean, Bed was ok. Good self service breakfast selection. Staff was friendly. Inexpensive and served the purpose. Clean and no disturbances. Good for a short stay-over. Decent for the money. Front desk staff, especially when we checked in was very friendly. Location was good. Could walk to many things. Close to air force base, dover downs casino, restaurants, stores. Breakfast area was up to daate and clean. Ease of entry. Location. location. I found an empty bottle of tea when I got in bed, and turned on the lamp and it was beside the bed. antiquitated facilities. Room heat was not working properly, reported to front desk, nothing was done, we were very cool our two day stay. nothing. For a business class room thought the floor was uneven in spots. Many TV channels empty. Desk chair not very sturdy for a heavy person. Light outside Room 127 wasn't lit at night. Rooms are a bit out dated. Coffee pot was dirty, and toilet was not seated properly so it wiggled arounds a bit. But hey I paid $69.00 for a night and it was worth it. Other places were almost triple. It's not like we were spending a week there. letsbookhotel.com transmitted my reservation with incorrect dates. They said it happens a lot. Thank goodness I had my confirmation. No soap for the shower. The bathroom could use some repair and basic upgrading. No hand towels. One of the rooms was very dirty and had blood on the sheets. I did not like that I did not have use of the TV my first night there and was not compensated for the inconvenience. Being awaken at 12:30 am by a "credit card bandit" which made the staff call me and worry all night about this idiot!! Since we did not get much sleep the breakfast was all gone and they did not re-stock any items gone. Room had a musty smell to it. Floor was buckled. Whole room needs a make over. Like the breakfast area Room was worth about $39.00. Breakfast was a managerie bathroom was antiquited and outdated peeling and leaking ice was non existint. Phone was messed up Internet didn't work Towel rack was broken Had to ask for clean towels. the smell in the room and i have a nonsmoking room.
