all reviews » Great location! Rooms were big enough. Room very comfortable, valet parking. very fast check in and check out. The restaurant/bar was fabulous. good location. Great location downtown. Breakfast buffet was convenient. Helpful staff. After using the site to book my stay I discovered many, many horror stories about letsbookhotel.com and was afraid, but there were no problems. Valet guy was nice and informative. Location was good. We didn't find the coffee pot or the ice bucket until we walking the door to checkout. When we finally found the coffee....there was only decaf. bummer, cuz I love my morning coffee and I had to go down and buy some at the little coffee shop in the lobby for 6 bucks. You need to offer a continental breakfast or a discount for breakfast- we left to go somewhere else to eat. You need to offer free WiFi for your guests. There is limited food availability. The menu is small and the only seating in the later evening is in the bar and potentially not kid-friendly. Cleaning staff checked on us before we left. Not a big deal but ot was sort of annoying. could be a little more budget friendly. When we made our reservation, we had requested a king size bed,what we got was two twin size beds. Got a bit noisy later in the evening, I would assume people coming in from a Friday night outing. We were charged for a bottle of $5 water that we didn't drink. It was, however, removed from the bill after we talked to the desk. We also were supposed to get a king size bed but ended up with two double beds. Request thru letsbookhotel.com for refrigerator not honored despite receiving confirmation. Was going to inquire about it after checkin but decided we didn't absolutely need fridge, so not a huge deal. in room wifi not free. Room, no tub, dirty shower stall, no fridge, no microwave, hot room, poor service, bad value for price! Stayed in a lot of hotels for less than half price, and received a lot better accommodations, and felt more taken care of, than here.
