The friendliness of the staff. Good location to eat out whatever the hour,& to fix up mobile phone & Internet connections. there is a good little area of new eating places & shopping right across the road. enjoyed the friendliness of staff the quietness of the area. Close to the airport. Breakfast was available. Lots of museums, good restaurants,.
all reviews » Location. Good value for money. Rooms were big and had everything we needed in them. Easy to get anywhere in Denver and to the airport from the motel. The cost was affordable compared to the other hotels in the area. The continental breakfast wasn't spectacular but it was convenient. most of the staff was ok & location a lot of stores nearby. the price the beds the breakbest. I booked my room , check in. The nite bef before I check out ,I went online to check my credit card statement . On 4/30/13 the hotel charged my card $ 485 when tbe bill was $407. I was told the money would be put back my card, of course that didnt happen. Called master card never again will I stay @ hotel. breakfast is good, price is cheap. Easy location for city of Denver. The location and price. The location. Nothing. Nothing. very loose toilet bowl. I left a day early bec. a dog was allowed in the room next to mine and continually barked. It's owner probably was "out" for dinner! I got a refund for one night. Expensive city to visit. For the money - I thought it was a good value. Rooms were rather old and facilities were not at the best shape. Gym wasn't operative even though it was mentioned in the motel description. Breakfast was bad!. The hotel was pretty run down. Our bathroom ceiling leaked water and when I told the front desk they acted like it wasn't a big deal. Problem is it leaked all over our towels and the floor of our bathroom. I was assured it wasn't sewer water-let's hope. the shower didn't work and one of the staff didn't get the taxie that he was surpose to. the place had a smell. the restroom is incredible small. and the room is not clean enough. Our so-called "non-smoking" room smelled appallingly of cigarettes. Tha girl on the desk was very helpful and moved us straight away. She said the manager didn't bother to penalise people who smoked when they shouldn'T. That summed up the ethos of the place. Breakfast was poor compared with other motels, including other Super 8's we stayed at, with no fresh food at all. Also, there was nowhere to eat close by except fast food chains. Hot water would come and go I would constantly get burned trying to adjust it so I just got out...room smelled horrible fitness center was out of service...it's been out of service for a while now. Cleaning, the swimming pool was not open,. Outdated -- room smelled of smoke although it was non-smoking. Lot of noise at night, room smells cigarettes. Breakfast not as expected. security door on south end did not lock and the card reader was inoperative. They ran out of hot water when I showered. A staff member told me he was sorry but that happens when they are busy. We wanted to do laundry but the woman at the desk advised me not too as they had a lot of problems with their machines (not filling or spinning out). It was terrible the light didn't work wheb we first entered our room the furniture all had rips in it. They keptrunning out of milk and juice atbreakfast and did not come to check on it. They claim they never got the booking when I booked it over a month in advance then after driving 16hrs they refused me my room even after showing them my paper work, staff was unfriendly and rude will never stay at a super 8 again. The room was not that clean we ended up leaving at 4:00am someone was triying to get in our room at 3:30 in the morning I did not feel safe. That it is a dump rooms are dirty and no pool breakfast was a joke.
