I liked how close it was to the stadium and easy access to the interstate. The room was very clean.

I just did not know the shuttle only drops off at certain spots and I thought it was anywhere within 5 miles. No biggie.

Close to the interstate. Excellent staff. Very helpful. Great view of the Denver Skyline. Big rooms. Very clean and inviting. Great hot and cold breakfast options!

Nothing really telling you what restaurants are around. We had to google what was around us. No big deal but weird. One entrance to the facility. No side doors. Only front door.

The shuttle to and from town was great. The bed was comfy, breakfast was good and the restaurant meals were excellent value (basic menu).

Our room smelt like a smoker had been in there, some of the reception staff were stand offish.

Everything especially the staff at the front desk and shuttle bus drivers were great and informative. I like my room 812 and next time I come I would love to have that room again.

The cleaning staff just decided one day to not clean my room. Same food options for breakfast everyday. :(

Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, great view of downtown. Free breakfast was delicious and the eating area was cozy. The free shuttle service is a plus and takes you to the downtown area so you don't have to worry about driving your car downtown. All of the staff was super nice and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure your stay was comfortable.

The air conditioning system was horrible. There is no way to adjust the temperature (at least in our room), just adjust the fan setting and also if you want it "warmer" or "cooler". Since it was cold out the heater was on and there was no way to turn the heat down so it really dried us out.

The bed...soo comfy and if all QualityInn beds are like this - then we will always make Quality Inn our first choice. I also liked that they had coffee/tea in room AND the breakfast was excellent!! The room was also quite large.

Bathroom was not cleaned well. If you are a noise sensitive sleeper, this hotel is right by the freeway- so bring earplugs.

We loved the free breakfast and the shuttle was simply amazing.

We tried to eat in the restaurant for dinner and the service was horribly slow and the food was not good.

I liked the room and the friendly staff. The location was close to where our son lives, which was the purpose of the visit, no we did not use the amenities.

There were not many options on the breakfast for people watching weight. The fruit was a few chopped apples and cantaloupe. Other than that I guess scrambled eggs from a mix would have been the only option. We did not eat the breakfast all 5 days. Our room, although spacious and clean, was FREEZING cold.

The staff was excellent, friendly and approachable. Breakfast was good, and the shuttle service to various places saved us tons of money.

After the broncos game we attended ended, we were told to wait for a quality in shuttle acriss the street from where we originally got dropped off. We had to call 3 seperate times before anyone showed. Other than that... no problems.

Comfortable clean rooms. Shuttle bus to Downtown. Friendly staff, in particular Crystal at the bar.

Bar shut at 2200hrs and was preparing to shut since 2130hrs. This was despite the bar being busy on a big Denver Baseball night. Many fans were turned away from the bar. It was my last night in a Denver and was very disappointing. Surely an excellent opportunity to promote the hotel and also make money.

Hadn't realised this hotel was a little out of the way and close to the railway with industrial units close by. A gem fair had been on when we arrived and as a consequence a lot of car parking spaces were taken by the marquees.

This hotel had everything we needed. We stayed the first night, then travelled around and stayed the last night as we found it very good

We arrived late, tired & hungry. The restaurant was closed , but they recommended a restaurant & called to let then know to expect us. I wish I could remember their names, but we were so tired. Breakfast was fantastic! We would easily have spent $25 or more for the breakfast we enjoyed there. Room was clean and comfortable!

The hallways and restaurant were a bit warm, but in fairness, it was unusually warm for Colorado, with temps in the 90s.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was wonderful. Large room, beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.

Location is near I-70 and I-25 but is in an industrial area and kind of hard to navigate. It's not really near anything except a Village Inn and a Ramada.

We arrived at 3am, and although I had called 3 times to inform the hotel we would be late, they never once informed me of road works around the hotel, so we had great difficulty in finding it with various road closures. This meant not only were we tired, but we were also very frustrated when we arrived. 3 hours is not enough time spent in an hotel to comment

When we first arrived the staff was not friendly nor welcoming. Before she fully reviewed our booking she was trying to give us a king bed when we reserved double queens and was ready to charge us extra until she figured it out. The staff at a later time was friendlier.

Shuttle bus to downtown Denver was a lifesaver! Although there were some very LONG wait times, we were very thankful for the service. The drivers were wonderful! I do think a more comfortable van would be better- one that is easier to get in and out of, and one that is less "bumpy" of a ride; it was really difficult to get in and out of the vans.

Breakfast on Saturday July 20 was sooo crowded that we were very stressed about getting to our conference on time.

LOVED the breakfast! Hot and cold choices. The wait staff makes sure every breakfast choice is well stocked and the tables are clean. The hotel staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. The hotel appears to be very well managed.

Just a caution...if you do not smoke or have a pet, STAY AWAY from the 8th floor. It is the pet floor and the 9th floor is the smoking floor. Even though the 8th floor is "no smoking" the room smelled like smoke...and there is barking and howling all night long. WOOF! We were given another room as soon as we asked for one.

Shuttle service was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Felt safe - room and bathroom was clean. Complimentary breakfast was great. Hair dryer and iron were great. Free computer access.

Dinner fare was terrible - ate there once, but not twice! Musty odor throughout. Rugs were 'tacky' to the feel and needs updating.

when a lot of guests came for breakfast all at once I think the staff was caught off-guard one morning but they did ok the next day.A/c in cafeteria was non existent until they brought in a porta-cool.

Paid for a deluxe room with fridge and microwave instead we were put in a standard room and staff told us they would take up a fridge and microwave and they never did. I told staff at checkout and they deducted $20.00 off our bill.

I like its location near to downtown and highway 25 and 70.- I also like the free shuttle to almost everywhere you go. Easy booking at the front desk, I let them know that I will be late than 3:00 and they gladly replay that's not a problem as long as I let them know.

The Free Shuttle Bus Service provided by the Hotel is 2nd to None! Not only do they take you to the Baseball, they pick u up as well !!

This hotel was a great deal cheaper than a hotel in the city and it offers free (tips only) shuttle service when you arrive/depart Denver and to all major tourist attractions in the city. Rooms are tidy, spacious and clean.

The location is a bit of a pain being well out of the city, however the shuttle service makes it very easy to make your way around. Our floor (second) was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled of cigarettes constantly - not a big deal though.
