Staff was very kind and helpful. Position at a two minutes walk from the convention center was just perfect. One of the best hotels I ever used.

They could throw some basic foam slippers in the rooms, or at least hold some available in case anybody needs them.

Location is great, next to busy 16th Mall. Great to do and eat all very close by.

Button on Elevator for 6th floor hard to activate. Housekeeping missed vacuuming room twice in 5 day stay

very helpful staff at the front desk, willing to do extra work to assist me in printing my boarding pass.

computer service provider at the business center. It was very annoying that it took me 30 min. to find out that it's impossible to print my boarding pass for JetBlue due to some network/computer configuration issues. I'd suggest the contract with that company should be reconsidered.

Having arrived a little earlier than expected we were told that reception would give us a call when our room was ready but we were not called so wandered around until 3pm (check in time). There was no hot water in the morning
