Love the amenities like the spa product samples! Appreciate the security of keying for elevator access. Makes me feel safer. Love the free hot cocoa in the lobby!

The pay for parking. Should be included with stay. I'm sure that they could make enough off of the people that park in the structure without staying in the hotel. Need sleeves and lids for the hot cocoa in the lobby!

Michael, the bartender, was not only great at his craft but made a point of asking your name...and remembering it. It was very close the many attractions including 16th Street Mall and the Convention Center

Great location downtown, easy access to the convention center and 16th street mall. Very friendly and helpful staff, including concierge, who helped me with several questions.

Facilities are a bit dated, but clean. TV didn't work correctly first night, so had to move, but moved me to a bigger room (suite), that was nice.

We enjoyed the undercover parking garage system, being able to access your room from the garage via elevators. The Bussiness centre is good, and the conscience is also efficient and friendly.

No refrigerator in the room! Only 2 (small) pillows per person.

The room was very small for the price, with an unpleasany view of a parking facility. The bathtub had no anti-slippage element, it was slippery and dangerous.

The fact that I booked a room through letsbookhotel.com for four people and when we showed up it was a single bed room and it cost a whole lot more to get a room that would accommodate all of this
