the non smoking room was really nice, which we seen first because i wasnt paying attention and when we checked in and they had given us a non smoking so we had to move to smoking becasue my husband smokes it was good for the price and we mainly slept there we were visiting family so we didnt spend mch time in the room. The staff was outstanding! The guy in the dining room (0630-0700) was fabulous, the front desk people very helpful and friendly. Loved having a shuttle to the conv.center.

It is good location and near to downtown area, such as 16th street and colorado convention center. It was close to where I was going and kinda cheap I paid $85 for a double bed. Staff very good especially guys.. I liked the price. I walked 6 blocks to get a pizza; I had to cross Colfax to buy bottles of water. There was a drip in the bathtub. These are very minor-- I thought it was a great value for the money!!!. Restaurant needed updating. I was a little concerned that it wasn't at all busy, but the food was good. Owners should concentrate on upgading & marketing this for better traffic!. The shuttle to downtown wasn't very punctual...we had to wait 40 minutes! The following days we preferred using our car. Late noise of bar/dance club, opposite side of E. Colfax St. on Saturday night and traffic noise, for all rooms facing on to E. Colfax St. Dissinterested member of staff on Front Desk, on arrival. He was more interested in his private phone call, at 5.00pm on Saturday 22nd June!. Just a little tired in the rooms. Distance from centre of town State of decor of corridors. not enough parking. Bathroom sink didn't drain. I liked everything. Hot tub was cold. The washing machine had broken down and was not fixed quickly. Getting back to the hotel with the shuttle is VERY challenging. The female desk staff are downright rude. The hotel restaurant is one giant disappointment so you are forced to find local food even the night you arrive. Housekeeping too late in the day and on one day, they did not clean/service the room. There seems to be no system for checking that rooms have been serviced. On arrival they had no record of my booking but this seemed to be a problem with 'AAE' and was sorted out. Not sure what would have happened if the hotel hade been fully booked. Shower needed maintenance. Hotel was noisy. Although the staff was very good about cleaning the room it still felt like the hotel just wasn't clean. Almost like it needs a remoleding. No lounge. OLDDDDD and is DEFINITELY NOT a 3 Star hotel. It is more like a 1 Star and that is being generous. Problem is, I requested a king size bed for my lady and I. The staff couldn't correct the issue and told me was because of AAE something I didn't get what I paid for or asked for. It is what it is I guess it was better than a DUI. Very bad if you have to wait till 40 minute to pick up for shuttle provided.. The breakfast The aged decor The damp smell The noisy A/C.
