letsbookhotel.com and Maron Hotel did not connect my reservation, not sure which screwed up but there we were ready to check in with no reservation. The clerk gave us a suite, an upgrade for the same bargain price as Booking,com said we should have. And with a smile!!!. An odd presentation with store fronts on either side of the hotel entry.... but the lobby was clean and tastefully decorated.... The hotel staff was very professional and accommodating...rooms were a little dated but clean.
all reviews » Room was large and had a refrigerator and microwave which was very convenient. The continental breakfast was great- more than just coffee and pastries. Very helpful staff. The Maron is across the street from Della Francesca, the best Italian restaurant we know. The hotel is also pet friendly, so our cats have a pleasant stay, as well. Pricing is great. Location is good--close to I-84. Cleanliness is good--especially the bathroom. Also like the fridge and microwave. Friendly staff, option for king size bed and spa/bath/whirlpool. continental breakfast included. non-smoking room was excellent!. The staff were helpful. Layout of rooms, and a wedding party at the hotel that night - very loud until late. Understand it might not be every night at the hotel, just bad luck we were on that floor. we've stayed there at least 15 times and we have never been offered the Jacuzzi suite. None of the phone buttons worked. The maintenance guy came up and said I should just dial the full number of the hotel to get the front desk. So someone needs to fix the phone in room 301. Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom needs some work. The breakfast. Staff not overly friendly. Dated decor and amenities. Bed was okay. outdated, smelly and horrible food at Vivo. Everything. The carpets were dirty and the rooms smelled, the fitness room did not work, and the breakfast was not eatable. Room needs updating. The ironing board was not put away when we checked in to our room. Our room was next to the fitness room,and it was very loud. Staff appeared not to care if we were there. Night clerk at the desk had no customer service after getting stuck in the elevator did not seem to care after letting him know. breakfast.
