everything. Location close to downtown. Breakfast staff extremely helpful. The bathroom had mold around the tub and on the ceiling that went to the bathroom door.Very Disappointed . I am a Hilton diamond member. I was placed in a room next to I35 freeway - extremely noisy. I asked about another room, but the staff was so unhelpful I gave up. My room keys were given to me in a folded scratch piece of paper rather than a key jacket. When I looked at the paper, it included guest names and room numbers! I voiced my concerns to staff that I didn't want someone else to know my name/room number and was told they used the scratch paper to be 'ecological minded'.
