  I stayed out running around the city all day so I didn't need a fancy hotel to accommodate me. All I needed was a bed and a shower, both of which were clean and provided to me at a great cost by the hostel. The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and I didn't have to worry about having my things stolen because I kept them in one of the ... what people say » lockers. Great experience overall, would recommend to anyone traveling alone. - This is my second stay at this hostel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's located in a great location (about 10 min walk from Willis Tower and 3 min walk from a CTA blue line station). The room was clean and tidy, bathrooms clean and showers HOT.

  Fairfield Inn is an excellent hotel located in Mag Mile (n Michigan Ave) district. It is staff thei friendliness, their ability to deal with several guests, respond to you calmly and warmly that gives a full Chicago experience. Bedroom is very comfortable and clean. There are three available computers in the lobby and a printer. It is super easy to head to Michigan ave, cta - Loved it! Stylish hotel, modern, clean room. Phenomenal service from all hotel staff- the front desk personnel were particularly friendly and helpful. Provided me with an umbrella as I forgot mine, delivered map quest directions to my room the morning of my conference, as I wasn't sure about the location of the conference center. Breakfast was good, and free wireless was included in the room- contrary to information provided by letsbookhotel.com. Highly recommend!

  The staff was extremely kind when our taxi didn't show up to take us to Union Station. So we missed the train. A staff member stood in the rain with us while we tried to get another cab. We couldn't get a cab, but they let us continue to use our room for the day. This out- weighs any of the negative comments we wrote. Anna and Barbara did an excellent job of cleaning and restocking my room 317 when I stayed there earlier this week. They both deserve raises. I also liked the guest use of the lobby computer as well as the continental breakfast.

But somehow they exceeded my expectations! So friendly and helpful, they really made us feel like they were to make our stay as pleasant as possible...a claim made by all hotels and motels, but a promise not always kept. Keep it up! - The hotel is a little gem. It was very clean, nicely decorated, very friendly helpful staff, great location with a lot nearby especially restaurants. The beds and bedding were really comfortable, loved the soft ribbed blankets and we didn't hear people talking through the walls. The Chicago magazine was really helpful and Pizza Ora was a great find.

  The location to downtown Chicago, for a fraction of the cost of other hotels, is what interested me the most about the Chinatown Hotel. Tons of restaurants in the area, and the front desk clerk even recommended a couple favorites. There is a parking garage - This is the most budget-conscious lodging you can get in Chicago without going the hostel-with-shared-bathroom route.   The location of ihsp Chicago is great! It's in a place surrounded by bars restaurants, shops and cafes and is only about a 20 minute ride into the city by cta. The staff were also very friendly and happy to help with any problems. Theres also great wifi at the hostel in both buildings. It's also - The location of the IHSP was awesome. It was located only minutes away from the Blue Line - which takes you right into the city in 5-10 minutes. It has many small restaurants located around it offering many different types of food. It also has shops - high end ones and more inexpensive trendy ones - all located within walking distance as well as pubs and bars. Overall fun, trendy neighbourhood. Hostile was extremely clean, comfortable and employees were extremely helpful and friendly.
