  The front desk staff was attentive and knowledgable. Claire was especially helpful. The bell staff and concierge were awesome. Paul Taylor and Gabriel were so helpful. Steered us towards great restaurants and looked after us during the whole stay. This will be the only hotel we will stay at downtown! Provided me with an umbrella as I forgot mine, delivered map quest directions to my room the morning of my conference, as I wasn't sure about the location of the conference center. Breakfast was good, and free wireless was included in the room- contrary to information provided by letsbookhotel.com. Highly recommend!

  We loved everything. We have stayed at several large and boutique hotels on the Gold Coast and the Peninsula is probably the best across the board. I have a difficult last name, but all of the staff immediately remembered it and also pronounced it correctly. - The location couldn't have been more convenient!   I loved the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The staff, especially at the concierge desk, was very knowledgable and extremely friendly.   We loved the décor, the atmosphere; the staff members were all awesome! They gave quick easy-to-follow directions to all the places we needed to be. The room itself was very cozy & comfortable. But they put us up across the street the first night for free and upgraded us to a suite the second night.
