  From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. The hotel was nice, walking distance to Soldier Feild. Clean & modern hotel, cabs lined up outside to take you anywhere your little heart desires, friendly staff, and we booked through letsbookhotel.com and a received free parking bonus. I compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was cheaper. I will definately book through them again!

  This is a good location. The red line subway is just next to the main hotel entrance. The Magnificent Mile is a couple of blocks away. There are many restaurants within walking distance. A one page list was provided by the hotel. A business center is provided by the hotel where you can check the internet and print off information without charge. They put us on the top floor, next to the stairwell so we didn't hear any street traffic. I loved how quiet the bathroom was. The lights didn't buzz and the toilet wasn't loud. I was very impressed by the staff at the front desk and would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic rate and free parking worth about $40 in Chicago and 2 free breakfasts at the restaurant worth about $15. - The entire staff was very cordial, friendly and helpful. The accommodations were excellent for the money and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

Our reservation was for a double room away from the elevator with a river view. They only had two rooms left and they were by the elevator.   We loved everything. We have stayed at several large and boutique hotels on the Gold Coast and the Peninsula is probably the best across the board. I have a difficult last name, but all of the staff immediately remembered it and also pronounced it correctly. - The location couldn't have been more convenient!   Beautiful older Hotel renovated in the last few years, We were there for our Anniversary and got a really nice room with a great view of the lake on the 26th floor. Glad we got a good deal on letsbookhotel.com for $229… The normal rate for the room was $519… ( For me it was definitely a $200 room but not a $500 room ) Great location one block off ... what people say » of Michigan Ave, and across the street from the John Hancock Building which has a crazy beautiful and expensive restaurant on the 95th floor but also - Staff was wonderful. Room was nice and big. I never heard any other guests. Right across the street from John Hancock building. Elegant. I liked how I could close the doors to the bedroom and watch tv in the living area. I had a late plane flight and they let me stay until 3p check out for no charge. Concierge was awesome.
