Housekeeping threw away two of our private coffee cups and all our attempts to seek clarification from the staff were iqnored.

The interior design is incredible and a treat for those who stay there.

We would have loved to be outside but the patio was clustered into two separate sections and both were in use by other guests would be nice to have other smaller clusters where couples can sit outside.

Loved the location, and views from my room were great. Could walk to restaurants and the boat tours.

Hotel is very dark - had to have them come up and repair the electric charging station - didn't work, ac was really loud and never really cooled down the room, I always prefer a separate shower. Hotel is showing it's age.

the staff and the location. the availability to use a computer to print boarding passes

the room was dirty and a bit outdated. They didnt have the availability to connect a device (like iphone, shuffle, nano, etc.) to play music in the room. the comforters were heavy and the beds were not heavenly. This hotel did not meet my expectations. I have stayed at better Westins
